Starving to be magnificent.

Food Count: ((Goals for Monday))

Breakfast:
Banana: 100 Calories


Lunch:
Tuna Kit: 210 Calories


Dinner:
Nothing :D



Calorie Total: 310


Water Count:
8 Bottles between 12-20 FL OZ each.

Tips:

1. Eat breakfast, it starts your metabolism for the day.
2. Try to drink at LEAST 8 glasses of water a day. That will help with hunger pains too.
3. If you can't get yourself to throw up, press a toothbrush down against the back of your tongue and start making yourself gag.
4. When you're out and about to order food, look for someone who's eating the same thing you're about to order. After that, look at their body.
5. Get a small notebook and paste thinspo from magazine's in it. Also, leave room to keep a daily calorie count. Look at it when you feel the need to eat.

I'm going to get back to commenting EVERYONE this evening.

Starting tomorrow...as in 5/8/06, I am going hand in hand with you all back to Ana.

I have 8 pounds to get to my first goal of 150. I want to get there by Friday, 5/12/06.

I'm going to update with posts first thing in the morning, and I'll edit them in the evening when I get home.

I will also have at least 5 Thinspo pictures per entry AND 10 Ana/Mia tips.

I will also start collecting Ana//Mia Icons so you all can just right click and save them to your Ana folder.

Just wanting you girls to know I'm still alive

I've been gone on a school trip...and I've done horrible. In fact, I've gained back all but 1 pound of my weight.

I have to start over.

Stay Strong to Become Lovely.



I did so horrible today, girls...Honestly, I need so much support right now.
I SERIOUSLY think I'm going to start crying I am SO fucking mad at myself.

FOOD INTAKE:

Breakfast:
3/4 Special K Cereal ++ 1/2 Cup Milk = 150 Cal

Snack:
Kit-Kat Bar = 210 Cal

Lunch:
Spicy Chicken Sandwich! 1 Chocolate Chip Cookie, Fruit Cup, ++ Fruit Juice

Dinner:
NOTHING! I WILL NOT EAT A DAMN THING OUT OF THAT DEMONIC KITCHEN!!!



Water Intake:
12 FL OZ
20 FL OZ



I DID HORRIBLE!! SO FUCKING HORRIBLE!!
I need help!!

AND I NEED TO KNOW OF A GOOD DIET PILL ASAP!!!
