  • This is so over

    i'm so fucked up i can never stick to anything when i try to eat healthy i screw everything up by eating junk and when i try to eat nothing i eat something ekh I'M SUCH A FALUIRE

    ** don't bother even reading i'm just gonna be ranting **

    today i went to my grandmas house i thought i was doing well at first but then it turned out to be my cousins birthday and everyone got her a cake so i had to eat it even though it really sucked because it was too sugary and had too much frosting ( i hate frosting it's the most disgusting thing ever )and after that i acsually let my aunt convince me to go to the movies to watch MAMA MIA and ofcourse we ate and it was all junk food filled with fat and sugar anyways after the movie S 's mom was supposed to pick us up but then she called her and told her that i and her were having too much fun and didn't want to go home and told her not to come pick us up i hated her so much at that moment because i wasn't having fun and i did want to go home and i was so bored and the thing is she was telling her mom how much fun i was having but she didn't even ask me if i was having fun WHATEVER i just hate her more than i use to

    anyways here is what i ate today i know i sucked

    intake:

    toasted bread with cheese

    -at my gramas:-

    about 2 cups salad

    a bit of white rice maybe 1/3 cup

    1 piece of chocolate/banana cheese cake

    1 piece of birthday cake (only ate one bite)

    1/2 cup of chocolate vanilla pudding

    -at the movies and mall-

    hazelnut ice-cream

    panini from starbucks

    smoothie

    -Dinner:

    chocolate soya milk [150]
    Total:470 calories

    Total for the day = 1290 calories

    my dad wants to have a BBQ on saturday i was kinda worried at first becuase im a vegetarian and there is usually nothing i can have which is suitable for vegetarian but then i looked at the package of the boca burger and it turns out you can grill them so i guess i can have that and some grilled vegetables YUM!

    God i never thought that eating could be so discusting and would make me feel really sick and like i wanna throw up...ekh but i guess that's what i have to do to be healthy WHATEVER .

    i think i might get used to it after a while atleast i hope so
