Q: do i need premium?..
A: no, follow the instructions below.

Q: how do i use these layouts?..
A: you have to go to the example site, highlight the code, press ctrl+c, then go to your look & feel, go down til you are where you edit your header.. click the arrow in the menu and chose "input own header HTML" then select that.. then click the empty space and press ctrl+p. the code will fill up the space.. then also do the same with the webstats module with the code provided.. then go down and save your changes or preview it..
