Like the negro spiritual, "I been 'buked." I needed some incentive to come out of my shell and stick my neck into the world of Xanga. This incentive came in the form of a rebuke. And it worked. I got xanga mostly to check out sites with xanga lock, since people with the most interesting sites persist in protecting their sites. The reason I haven't posted before is this: (actually, there are three reasons)

- Xanga takes too long to upload with my slow internet connection.
- I don't have time to post on two blogs. And frankly, xanga is overly populated already.
So there you have it.
Um...what else? About me: I was born in El Salvador, grew up in Arkansas, and currently live in El Salvador. If you don't know where that is, go look at a map. It's the tiniest country in Central America. I love it here! The culture, the weather, the food, the people. Especially the people. I'm proud to be a
guanaca.
