My birthday is coming up. Before you know it, I am another year older. More wiser? Not so sure. lol. Every year everyone who comes to my birthday party always asks me, "What do you want for your birthday?" I always replied back to them, "I don't know... whatever I guess..." Well, that never turned out well. haha. Obviously. I always ended up getting the things I don't need or I don't wear at all. It's sad to see that half of the people still don't know what my style is (and they are considered as my "close" friends.. jk jk). I ended up not wearing any of the gifts. That's not because I hated them, they just didn't suit my style. But I donated them for a good cause though. Now, please don't feel insulted. I really appreciated everyone's gifts. Now this year, I've decided to make a wish list. Since everyone is spending some sort of money on a birthday gift, might as well something that I like right?  By saying this, I am not demanding a gift from everyone. I'll be happy if everyone just shows up and give me a huge hug. Ok I lied. I want a card though. lol. I've saved every birthday cards I recieved in the little keepsake of mine. To me, those are precious little memories to look back to when I get older. I understand that most people have financial troubles. I am guilty of that too. So, if you are going through a financial crisis, please don't get me anything. REally!! Oh but I am pretty sure you can skip one lunch or two to buy me a birthday card. lol. Now for those of fews who are dying to get me gifts, (I know you do!! ) I will list out a wish list. Don't be afraid to get the same items. I will greet you all with this big grin when you brought them. hehehe. jk. For those of you who don't remember when my birthday is, consider yourself that you are lucky. You don't even have to pretend forgetting my birthday, just call me in November and asks when my birthday is. I won't be pissed, but you just won't see me calling you for a longgggggg time. jk jk. Now ready for my wish list. drum roll please..... 1. Nano i pod (got this) I think I am getting this for a fact 2. Sneaker (got this) (I am in need of a new sneaker. The last time I bought one was 2 1/2 years ago. Next time if I walk past by you and you smell something funny, probably from my old shoes. lol. don't go eww now.. Try smelling your own shoes first. ) 3. Gift Certificate at Lens Crafter (I am getting myself a new pair of eyeglasses.. yes yes I am blind and I've started to save $1 a day to get a complete pair of glasses by ...Decemeber. So, you can help me get started. ) 4. HP Laptop? got it 5. Lotions from Bath & Body Works 6. Non-Fictional books. (I am doing you a big favor. you can look through your bookshelf and find out a dusty book that you no longer read/want anymore. Shake a little bit and put it in a gift wrap. Viola~ you got yourself a gift that I can enjoy as well as you have a space for a brand new one. how thoughtful of me? I know I know...) I can't think anymore of the things that I am dying to have. Those pretty much are the ones constantly in my mind. Now, if you are a romantic and really want to give me flowers, I would take them though. lol. Or you can get me an Orchid plant from Ikea. It's $14.95 and let me tell you, your gift will be the one who gets most attention because I would have to water the plant in a daily basic. Nice right? I know I know. Now run along to the nearest Ikea and put it in a layaway or something. I strictly want to say a no no to any clothing this year. A nice warm scarf would be nice though. But please don't waste your money on clothings really. Ok. Enough with my long entry. Who wants to come to my bday party? |
