Ah what a wonderful time of year. This year's christmas and year period is just wonderful. I am so happy to be alive and being able to witness, experience, know, just plain blessed for where I am right now. Wonderful thanks to the best family a girl has ever had. THE DO FAMILY! We are truly a bunch of dorks hahah they freakin pick on me the most because I am in the transition period of getting older, still in school, single, and everyone is jealous. hahaha Dang my family is huge. I walked in pho 95 today and the lady said "how many" "i said 20+". i really couldn't remember how many of us there were including minors. Chi Ha and Rico are here from Canada and they are just fun people, probably because they are the closest to my age. I look up to her and Pauline. They are living the lives that I want to live. Successful, happy, and in love.

Makes me all warm inside that one day my life will be complete. It's funny, Rico is Portuguese and Charlie asked, "who's the white guy," Chi Ha said, "my husband" hahah it was funny, anyways. She followed up by saying "hey, every family has a white guy" hahahah good shit. After we ate, we came back home and my parents busted out the photo albums. We started reminiscing on memories in VN and California. I took a step back and absorbed in pure joy. My whole family was so happy and that made me so happy. I saw my parents looking at times of poverty in Singapore, hardships in Canada, baby pictures of me and my sister, and recent vacations to VN. We were all laughing and comparing my parents baby pictures and my sister and I. It was beautiful. I'm literally overwhelmed with joy right now haha. I think we should do this every year! I talked to a friend earlier, asked me if I got anything. I didn't. Not
because I was naughty hahah, bc in my family we don't give presents. We
just spend the time that we have off from work and school and hang out
with each other. We take this time to talk, laugh, and enjoy this
wonderful time. a 2 hour nap later, we had our family dinner. Mom is an outstanding cook. (I really need to start learning before, should I dare say my mother's words, I won't be able to find anyone). At dinner, we gave thanks. I thanked my parents for giving me life hahah. Lessoned learned, parents are the smartest people on earth. Not
Einstein, not any politician, it's the people that give you life. They teach you the things that matter the most, they guide you to help live a happy and successful life, so one day you can carry that on to your kids. As gay as this may sound, I hope I am just like my parents when I'm at that point.
crap people still texting me hahah lost my train of thought.
well I said what I wanted to say. Last couple weeks, little shit has been happening and truly isn't really important to me so I just forget about it. And that's how you keep your life simple and free of stress. I really can't wait for new years. looks like i'll be in a town where there is no limit, endless amounts of fun, and pure badassness. htown WAHHHOOO!!!!! (well to the people who don't live there haha)
everyone's asking me how school is. School is school, always freakin sucks! But the only other factor that make it worth it are the bonds and memories that you create with people. That's what makes it sooo much fun. Just like high school, undergrad, and now prof school. School always sucks, but you see your friends everyday so it's not so bad hahah. I miss everyone!!!
Like I said these are the times that make our lives happen, take time to appreciate it.
