| The Lend A Hand Board of Officers has decided to switch the event from a live show into a classy, elegant and full of surprises gala. The reason being is because this year has been a year filled with many different successes as well as a stepping stone for our ultimate goal: to lead a team of doctors and medical professionals back to Vietnam and provide medical care in impoverished areas.
In addition, we have plenty of very nice imported gifts for lucky winners from our randomized drawing. We have a very well prepared show for our all of our guests. Some of our guests will be very special people from places such as the medical school's board of admission. We believe that, together, we will help each other succeed in the academic road to success as well as aiding impoverished children to the best of our abilities.
To add on to our night filled with different performances, we will also be honoring our brightest:
Loc Tran: DeBakey-Baylor Program and is entering Baylor College of Medicine on a full scholarship
Duong Nguyen: UT-Houston Medical School
Mai Nguyen: National Merit Finalist
Minh Nguyen: Texas Southern University Pharmacy School
Kathy Tran: UH-Pharmacy School
Cindy Dinh: Harvard/UCLA/Rice Full Scholarship
etc...
Please remember that this event is a fundraiser to provide 20 infants with open-heart surgeries. Anyone concern about the distribution of money is welcome to come with us on our humanitarian aids trip.
Please invite your friends and families to this meaningful dinner. The attire is formal and doors will be open at 6:30 P.M.. Come see what Lend A Hand is all about. Tickets are $25 per ticket and $250 per table of 10 guests.
