soo the other day I checked the balance in my checking accout and it said $186 and I thought, "shit where did I get all of this money?" Then I looked a little closer and realized that it was acctually NEGATIVE $186. whoops.

There are some holidays coming up.. relitively soon. You know what that means. Breaks! so I'll be back in town, and hopefully I will see all of you that I have missed.

wow. so I have not posted on this in quite some time. there probably is a lot that i could "update" you on, but really if you havent heard about how i'm doing by now then a) your not really one of my friends or b) i am truely sorry and you should give me a call and we should talk, seriously. so, in case you were actually were wondering, i'm really enjoying college. Evening out my work and play for the most part and meeting a lot of cool people. Tonight I got out my jembe drumb and jammed with some people that were doing a 24 hour hunger protest for a peace organization. It was really cool. But yeah, i was kidding about the a) part. you all are my friends even if i haven't really talked to you since, well whenever. you should really give me a call, and i'll try to ring up some of you as well when you least expect it. i dont even know if people still read these things anymore. if you truely want to get a hold of me. i check my facebook all the time, yeah... lame i know. but anyways. PEACE

Oregon was immensely amazing in all aspects, though the ride there and back sucked hardcore due to the bus breakdowns and overnight delays in denver, but definitely wouldn't have changed it for anything else. it was an experience. we visited the ocean right around the corner from where they shot the goonies, saw mt. st. helens, slept on top of the jeep and gazed at the vast sky of stars, and just enjoyed the company of a long overdue hangout with robert and kat and richard. I was back for a night then i saw an extreme ammout of bands at lollapalooza with max gerardo and maxs dad. The lists looks something like this. Red hot chili peppers, the shins, the flaming lips, ben kweller, my mourning jacket, queens of the stone age, death cab for cutie, Umphrey's McGee, Sonic Youth, The new pornographers, Iron & Wine, Built to spill, andrew bird. I missed cursive, bummer, and kanye west was there. laugh. but we didn't see him. we left. ohwell. I had a great past couple of weeks have been great. but i guess i have forgotten how much there is to do around gr. (sarcasm) college is in 17 days. crazy. not that i'm counting down or anything. but really. crazy. anyways. heres some pictures!

Take advantage of the awesome opportunities that come about in life because if you dont sometimes they never come back. Ferris Bueller said it better than I can, "Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it."

Blissfest has enlightened me in ways unexplainable. If I could live in a community of people such as those, I would be happy all my life. I talked to this family that is moving to Hawaii in the fall and I thought to my self, 'man i wish I could just move to Hawaii and live there for a bit'  Well its weird, because last night when I saw Donna the Buffalo I ran into my parents friends who knew me and they had been living in Hawaii for the past 7 years. I kept getting told by them that I always had a place to stay if I ever wanted to come live for a bit. It cannot be a coincidence, I am meant to live in Hawaii. I mean, I don't know what I want to do in collage anyways. Aloha. Hawaii here I come.

oh yeah. and i'm going to portland, OR next week thursday until the end of the month to visit Robert and Kat. I'm taking a 2 day bus trip by myself.  This is the first time out west, anywhere past like ohio lol. It's going to be amazing.

Well the grad party turned out nothing less than spectacular. I thank everyone who showed up and if you didn't get to make it well, you missed out ! We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day. The band jammed till the bitter end and there were two after parties to choose from. We ended up scamming a $600 tent that had already been conveniently set up there. cha ching. But thanks again to every one who showed up, I appreciate it very much. and I love all of you.

And a weird fact of the day. It is Paul McCartney's 64th birthday today. and the song he wrote "when i'm sixty-four," was supposedly for his father on his birthday. And it so happens today is fathers day. strangeee.
