  there are too many steep hills.

when it snows in seattle, it disappears quickly.  just gone.
  weather's just not cold enough.

when it rains in seattle, you cannot. cannot. cannot drive.
  there are too many deep valleys...filled with water...roads are blocked.

when it rains in seattle, you can still play outside.
  usually it's a drizzle so light.  so light, like a mist.

seattle has it's ups and downs.
