Graduate School

It has finally happened. I am officially a graduate student. The school wants us to refer to ourselves as professional students, but I refuse to do so. It is not like I want to be a student the rest of my life.Classes are busy, but for the most part I am glad to have chosen Physical Therapy. It is a great fit for me.

Change is hard, but that is life. Missing my OKC friends, but glad to make new ones here.

Have a wonderful weekend everyone!

Bye Bye Barbaro

I am sorry you had to suffer so much.

In other news the semester before you graduate is insane!!! You just don't know what it is like until you have it. I miss you friends that are now employed in other major cities. I am glad my undergrad days will be over soon, so that I can go to grad school (hopefully) and do the same. Hooray for a great Crimson Storm bball season at SNU and good luck against OCU tonight!!!

Have a great week everyone!

Excitement

Fall Break was wonderful! We (Carrie and myself) ate vast quantities of delicious food, took my niece and nephew to their school carnival, did lots of shopping, went to church and just generally enjoyed my wonderful hometown of Fort Worth.

Congratulations to one of my dearest friends. Miss Lyndsey Elizabeth Gonzalez who has set a date for her wedding. I am looking forward to being a part of their very special day. I wish you both (Lyndsey and Wade) the best for a wonderful future together.

In other news...21 days until Mexico for Evelyn's Wedding. It will be glorious and I am sure that she will be looking as radiant as ever in her dress.

Have a great week everyone!

Busy, Busy, Busy

Hello Friends! Sorry it has been so long since I updated. Life is good, but hectic as always. I finished working the phonathon this week and that was very exciting. I also got to spend some much needed girl time with friends. Tonight is PCO's Homecoming football game against Choctaw and I think I will be at the school for 9 to 10 hours. Such is the life of an athletic trainer. Thursday games are the worst for me, since I have and 8:00 on Friday. It should be fun though. Our senior trainer is up for queen and I really hope that she gets it. She is a great girl and works very hard for the football boys. This month will be filled with more football, endless amounts of homework, GRE prep and a trip home for Fall Break! I am looking forward to a four day weekend and I my friend is coming with me, so that makes it even better. I have also been planning for my November trip to Mexico for Evelyn's wedding. It is going to be beautiful and I am looking very forward to that mini escape from school with my best friend from high school. Have a fabulous week everyone!
