I honestly feel bad for Tom and the Patriots, they had it in the bag, but the pressure got to them.  I really think that Tom needs someone to comfort him, like only another guy can...Giselle who?   I think that I would make that sacrifice for Mr. Brady...

I'm ready for physical exam now...Woof...I just saw this stunning British actor in a movie called The Wedding Date.  Did some followup and he's an openly gay actor named Jeremy Sheffield! Apparently he's an ex ballet dancer as well and played a doctor on a UK TV show...

The Ugly Side of Humanity

I really guess I shouldn't be surprised by people like this.  Heath Ledger, bless his soul, hasn't even had a proper funeral when religious right wingers have the nerve to blame his death on his playing "gay" in Brokeback Mountain.  I'm sorry, one of my major pet peeves that makes me REALLY  are self righteous religious bigots who hide behind misinterpretation of the bible for their hatred and venom towards others who do not share the same belief system.  I cannot believe that these people plan to picket Mr. Ledger's funeral.  Leave the man in peace.  Give the man dignity, give his family dignity.

On Angels Wings: Heath Ledger

I was very sad to learn of Heath Ledger's passing today.  What a young talented life to be taken away too soon.  I remember how touched I was by his performance in Brokeback Mountain.  Makes me cry thinking of the scenes with Ennis saying goodbye to Jack, in life as well as in death.

We will remember you, I hope you find the peace you didn't find in life...

New Year, New Challenges

Happy New Year to all my Xanga friends, I've been away from Xanga for a while, was sick over the holidays which was not very fun to say the least!

This is the year that I hit the big 4-0! Sigh...where does the time go...

I hope to be able to travel when I hit that landmark.  I have developed a love of cruising (not the gay kind, although I'm very much out of practice).  There is just such a liberating feeling being on the ocean being slowly rocked back and forth knowing that the world is right in front of you...

Last year I went to the Panama Canal, had a lot of fun ziplining in Costa Rica, each year I grow to appreciate life a little bit more and in the line of work I'm in, I definitely realize how fragile life can be.  I definitely want to experience more of life, and try new things, life doesn't end at 40 I hope!

So any suggestions on where to cruise?
