| today..today..today....well i had to go to memphis with my mom to have an mri on my knee. naturally, she wanted to eat at our favorite restaraunt in oxford, and while i was alseep in the car, preorder two pizza sub sandwiches...:\....i scraped by with eating half but STILL!! i'm so pissed. thats the only thing i've out in my mouth all day though..i'm about to go do some pilates :) love ya'll stay stong and do better than i'm doing grrrrr peace :) |

| hey heyyyy pretty girls!! today went pretty well! special k cereal: 2 bowls- 300 cals thats it!!!!! yayyyy! I went to cheer practice..didnt do a whole lot there. After, however, my friend and I worked out and did a yoga class. I'm feeling pretty well today! hope ya'll had a great day!! loveeee!!! |

| wow...its been a long long time. a lot has changed. senior year is here...no boyfriend bc he moved away to college...HUGE. i cant take it anymore. i need to be the way i was back in 04'...skinny and no food. i wanna hear how you all are doing..love! |

| so i made it through yesterday. i did alright i guess. i tried my best to stick to veggies and turkey. so i did alright! i said no to dessert which was great! hope ya'll had fun with your families! so today i've done well...i've only eaten a few bites of pinapple and catalope (my favs). hope ya'll are doing well! love! |
