Well if it isn't himself in person!!   I knew you were busy.    I'm sorry to hear that you are homeless for the moment.  Where are you staying now that it's grown cold, and how is the knee?  I am very encouraged to hear that you have someone special in you life, and that you have been showing your photos.   Speaking of which you might want to pull your photos from the Ringo site they're offering prints of your pics for as little as 15 cents a print.    Were you aware of this?   I got the notice from them recently, and was waiting for you to surface again since I have no up to date email address for you.  

As far as figuring out God....give it up, and let Him have His way.   It hurts like Hell, but it's better than the alternative.....living a Hellish life and then spending eternity there to boot.    No matter how confusing and painful it's been at times, life with God is a picnic compared to whatever I had before.  

You are in my prayer Eric, and I'm exceedingly happy you've posted again.

Well, when life hits us, sometimes it hits us all at once!  There's a song I like out by a very cool Chris Daughtry, and in it he says, (and I am paraphrasing) "maybe you are making me, just what I am meant to be".  Makes me think of God first, but then it makes me see that the people in our lives, also make us who we are meant to be.  I know for me Calvin has certainly made me who I am....and I believe that to be all Gods planning... 

I was shocked, to the point my jaw hit the floor to see you put your bikes up for sale!  As in, forever, or as in getting soemthing different?!  

A month long trip to an Island house....take me with you...I promise you wont even know I am there!

Things are good here, halfway through my third month....counting the days till I hit the safety netting of my fourth month.  But as of now, things are looking good.

Good to hear from you Eric!! Looking forward to more.  I'll continue to pray for you! God says He will be found...so keep studying Him...I think that is great!  I agree with Lonnie that surrendering to His will is always the best...may be hard at times but you can rest in the fact that the Lord has the best for you!

  Life is changing for us too....looking to move in a month or so....you could pray for God to lead us and, as usual, for my body to be able to keep up...it has been hurting bad since the wedding (always does when I overdo!), so moving won't be easy on it.  Much love, Jenny

So glad you're "back!" I know I've missed you! So.... you have a new girl huh? I guessed it was her a long time ago, but kept it to myself.  Anyway, I'll be praying for you a lot again. I have been slacking in the prayer department, partly because my bedroom became fruit basket upset, and all my prayer cards/notes got lost, moved, shuffled, and needless to say, aren't by my bed where I pray anymore. Anyway, Wow! Yeah! You miiiiiight be busier than I/we have been and are, but it's a close call. God is so faithful though. Our pastor's wife this Sunday said something that I have been pondering all week.... hmm it's only Monday, guess it's only been one day so far.... she said this, "If God didn't do one more thing for me, didn't answer any more of my prayers, would I still be Thankful and Praise Him?" I was like, "Wow!"

Haha, so now we know we can lure you over with cork wars and pumpkin pie!  My hubby makes the best pumpkin pie because he makes it from pumpkins...not canned!...and he uses stoneware...so great crusts.  Hope your plans include coming out here again!! We are planning to move so may not be in this big house anymore (since we had a mass exodus of grown kids and roomates move out) but will still be in the area.....just a smaller abode. 

Hope sometime in your busy schedule you will be able to complete you bowtie tour blog...it was fun to travel with you via the internet.  Have you seen the temps in Calgary this week?  BURR   And here you are planning to go off to the island. Looking forward to hearing more. God bless you, Jenny
