| Father, to you, on this day I offer my hands and my feet to you, that neither may sin against you, that neither put me in a place of compromise, that neither will lead me into iniquity oh Lord. Right now in the Spirit I offer up my hands and feet, I buffet my flesh, indeed that I may not sin against you.
To you oh Lord, I commit my eyes, let them be a pleasing sacrifice to you oh God, that I may not sin against my own body, that I may not lust in the flesh, that I may not crave things that be not of you, let me set my eyes upon you, so that I may fall even more madly in love with you, that I may look only upon you as the one who gives me the Words of Life. In the Spirit I cut off my hands, my feet, and cut out my eye, so that they may not cause me to sin against you!
Matthew 18:7-9 (New American Standard Bible) "Woe to the world because of its stumbling blocks! For it is inevitable that stumbling blocks come; but woe to that man through whom the stumbling block comes! "If
your hand or your foot causes you to stumble, cut it off and throw it
from you; it is better for you to enter life crippled or lame, than to
have two hands or two feet and be cast into the eternal fire. "If
your eye causes you to stumble, pluck it out and throw it from you It
is better for you to enter life with one eye, than to have two eyes and
be cast into the fiery hell."

| The War The time is drawing near and the battle drawing nigh, when the warriors shall bear their swords, and the soldiers bear their orders. When the fighters bow their heads and ask for divine counsel. The war will be the bloodiest conflict to ever happen without ever shedding a crimson drop. The swords will have their appetite for cutting flesh will be filled without ever severing any skin.
2 Corinthians 10:3-5 (New American Standard Bible) 3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh, 4 for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses. 5 We are destroying speculations and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ,
Today the war begins, do you have your war cry?

| Praying for the Fighters One can pray all day long, but unless he thanks God for it, then it is simply wasted breath! Can we thank God for something we do not have yet? The Bible tells us,
Romans 4:17 (King James Version)17(As it is
written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he
believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things
which be not as though they were.
We call to things that are not as though they were, just like Abraham and thank God for it. So toda, let us pray about a blessed day and then throughout the day Praise God For It! | | |
| Reflections and Regrets As the swirling of time passes one must think about the times of his past and make adjustments, memories like the tossing of waves, to and fro. I have studied life and made amends to myself as I have grown older but sometimes the amends seem to be a lackluster attempt to be something I am not. The smiles sometimes that slide across my face seem to mask the breaking heart within this earthen vessel of clay, to be used by my maker, my desire, only a dream of fortitude within a shell of amiability. Can one be a reflection of the Almighty with dust inside of his grip?

Can I shine his light to this dead and dying world if my life is forfeit? A soldier does not do anything unless ordered to, nor a warrior bear his sword unless prepared for the Battle. Or a Gladiator lest he first be broken can he stand firm in the eyes of his enemy. Can I be a reflection of His Glory with a dust filled mirror?
So many years have passed since I had my first realization of my true calling to engage the Body of Christ in Unity, a job that befuddles me as I yearn in pain to see the day. What if we as humans were not selfish? Could we see the unity in Nature? How a perfect flower reaches for the sun as we are called to reach for the Son?

How even the most bland of green is accompanied with a beautiful crown of splendor? Why is it that nature reaches but we don't? Why is it that we plant the seeds, and instead of growing to face their nurturer, they face the supplier of it's life?
These are not questions that are important to my infantile mind, they are statements of who I am and how I think, at the same time, if the basic cannot first be answered, how can the true issue of unity be addressed? How can we be an effective witness if our effective witness is wasted on petty argument and chep scandels. Perhaps it is time for us to reach for the Son.

| On Wednesday, February 8th, I preached for the very first time in probably 3 years. The message was Faith and Passion, the Lord revealed to me then how much ardor he has for us, even when we stink it up to high heaven. Afterwards we did something we had never really done, or at least the way we did it that night, We did communion the way it was done in the Bible. I took unleavened bread, blessed it and passed it around the circle, same with the drink, which was grapejuice and not wine, for fear one might stumble because of the sacred act. It was probably the most intimate communion we have ever had at New Covenant, that night it was revealed that every ministry function that A Warrior's Cry Ministries is invited to that communion will be practiced. Not to make it a religious thing, but rather to unite the Body, as it says in the Bible that we are united because we partake of the one bread symbolizing the Body and drink of the same cup symbolizing the blood of Christ, in remembrance. It has been a week since I have last graced this site, actually 10 days, because I have been so busy with everything. Between work, church, celebrating valentines with the most beautiful woman in the World. It has truly been a week of chaos, with one oasis that was Amber. Posted in the above left corner is my new logo for A Warrior's Cry Ministries, I posted it last week to get opinions on it, I got five... which hardly seemed like enough, so I posted again, to give it another try. This time I will present it in two different backdrops, so that we can go from there.
I know for the most part you all understand my vision, and what a big task I have set out to do, and for that I do covet your prayers for my health, my strength, my ministry from the Lord, my financial situation, my life, and whatever that may come to your remembrance concerning the ministry or any other aspect that you feel from God to pray for me.
Currently I am making crosses out of nails, I have three different pendants made out of nails. One is a cross, another is a doulos cross, which has the crossbeams in an x patern on top of the longest nail, and the final one is three nails side by side. They come in pendant form on a brown or black leather strap, and I am selling them for $10.00 +$3.00 s&h. I will post pictures of them later today.
I am also having Dogtags made with the shield and crossed swords engraved on them. I will sell those for $20.00 +$3.00 s$h. If you know a youth group out there just refer them to my xanga for more information concerning the various necklaces. This is a fund raiser for A Warrior's Cry Ministries and of course the purchase is tax deductable. I will post pictures of all of it later today. (with the exception of the dogtags, because they are still in production.)
I will also have polo shirts, t-shirts, and various types of apparel in the coming months. Also if your church would be interested in some information about what the ministry is about, and booking information just email me with the address and I will send them a brochure and a business card. Thanks to all of you faithful xangans, for supporting me all these months...
