dave and i went to eaton canyon natural park in pasadena today. there were a few trails we could choose from, but we picked the one with the waterfall and it was three miles roundtrip. the waterfall was kinda weak, but here are some pictures:

beautiful pictures . But it is true this seems dry . However the water existing should be good to feel and to hear at the falls .

Beautiful scenery. Thank you for the comment. You're right, despite the fact that my age may have "slowed" me down, I'm not going to let that stop me from working out. I'm on a mission to lose this fat, hehehe. I went back to my old shoes to do the strike class and my feet didn't hurt as much. Definitely I bought a pair of shoes that didn't go with my feet. Grr....!!!!!
