Well... nearly 5 months later I am back!!! Im not sure if anyone still uses Xanga anymore so this may be a pointless entry... but I will continue. I am work right now and I'm very bored which is why I figured I would update. So summer is going by very very fast!! I cant even believe it! I'm pretty exited for the fall though... it will definately be a different change of pace from this lazy summer. I am going to Gatlinburg, TN for 5 days tomorrow with my mother, father, sister, grandpa and grandma. Nico is flying down sunday morning because he and the band have a concert Saturday night in Bay City (you should check it out if you are free.) Um... the end.

So its almost Christmas and I am thrilled! This is my favorite time of year!! The lights, the trees, the snow, shopping, family time, EATING good food, shopping some more, christmas parties, ahh.... the list could go on and on. I finally finished all my shopping tonight and now I have to wrap everything...boo. I also can not wait until the 24 hour marathon of A Christmas Story comes on TV, that is definatley my favorite Christmas movie ever (next to Elf). Hope you all have a wonderful Christmas!!

I am losing my voice and I sound like a man. So thanksgiving was grand. I was late because I got lost... and my family decided to start eating without me, so when I got there they were pretty much finished... and I ate at a table alone for a little bit until I was invited to the adult table. I guess that's what I get for being late. I have to admit I was a little disappointed because there were no cheesy vegetables this year... they are my favorite. Anyways, yes so lots of hyper, screaming, rambunctious children running around all day and good ol' family time. Fun. I got up bright and early to go shopping with my aunt on Friday... we made it to Target, Kohl's, Bed Bath and Beyond, JC Penny, Younkers and Meijer and then we back at the cottage by 11:30. All I managed to find was a gift for my madre. But I guess I have time to buy gifts for others. Friday afternoon I swooped up Nico and brought him back out to the cottage with the fam. He may need back surgery from giving WAY too many piggy back and shoulder rides to all the cousins, but better him that me. Tonight we went to see The Nutcracker ballet at the Wharton Center... its a tradition every year that I go with my dad and sister and usually we each bring a friend. So Nico came this year and I think it took all the energy we had within us NOT to fall asleep. Usually it is a little more interesting to me but I was very tired. I think the best part of the night was going to Olive Garden. It was pretty tasty. Its about time for bed, I need a good nights sleep tonight so that I may actually be on time for church in the morning. Adios!

I guess it is time for a new entry. ITS SNOWING!!!!!! Unfortunately I was just outside for 2 hours raking leaves and it was cold. My fingers itch now. Apparently we are supposed to get an inch of snow today so that is exiting. SILVER BELLS AND HARRY POTTER IN TWO DAYS!! It came so fast I cant even believe it. Although I am a little upset because I will miss combo night and we have not had one in awhile. Then next weekend is Thanksgiving... so there are a ton of exiting events coming up. My family is all chipping in to rent a big cabin/ cottage (I don't really know what the difference is) that we are all going to stay in for the day of thanksgiving and the day after. We did it last year and it was pretty crazy, but a lot of fun... so I am looking forward to quality time with the fam.

I think LCC should decide to end the semester this week. I would be thrilled. Not too much longer though and it will be over. Oh yes... I might have a job at LCC thanks to Bryce! That would be an answered prayer because babysitting once a week and getting 3-5 hours a week at the Y are just NOT cutting it, especially since Christmas is right around the corner.

I am exited to hear Matt and Shannons talk on love tomorrow @ Bottom Line! Anyways, I must go take a shower. Adios!

My fingers are ice cold!! My room is probably equal to the temperture outside!! Which is...39 degrees exactly. However, with coldness comes Christmas which is my favorite time of year!!! Silver Bells is November 18th and I am STOKED about that!! My family from NC will be coming up then too. I love them. November 18th will be a very exiting day because Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire also comes out then!! Wow... what a day that will be. So aside from that, today was a good day. I got a notice in the mail today telling me that I had a parking ticket from MSU which I knew I had... I just failed to pay it. Grrr... parking Nazis! I guess I learned my lesson though. Hopefully there will not be a next time.Tomorrow I am hanging out with my friend Tiffany who is here visiting from Minnestoa. We go all the way back to elementary school! So that will be fun. Remeniscing of the good ol' days with recess, snack and free time. Hmm... I miss them Okay... I must go to bed now. Hope you all have a great night! or day!

I have been sitting in front of the computer for WAY to long... I think I'm actually starting to feel sick... oh well. Today was a good day. I actually went to writing this morning! So its always good when you go to class... I was very tired but my always trusty french vanilla cappuccino kept me awake. If you ever go to QD to buy coffee, you should definatley mix french vanilla with white chocolate caramel cappuccino... it is delicious!!!!! I am pretty exited about these upcoming events... I am going to the "Haunted Opera House" in Howell with peoples on Friday, hopefully I wont rip Theresa's hair out of her head again because I am so scared. Saturday... I am not quite sure what is going on at night, I think maybe the haunted hay ride at Sundance? Saturday morning I have to work, then I am going to get my hair highlighted... I'm a little scared/ exited, I cant decide which. And then Sunday I am going to Uncle Johns Cider Mill with Nicholas (ha ha)... that should be fun because I have not been there since... elementary school? You get to watch the cider being made and everything... its pretty intense!

I am listening to a country mix right now. It is very good... for those of you who don't like country music... you should reconsider. It is good stuff!! And all the songs are not ALWAYS (only sometimes) about a guy who loses his girlfriend, his truck and his dog... all in one song. So keep that in mind.

WOW... fall retreat was AMAZING!!! I had a blast but at the same time it was extremely convicting... I have so much to learn and so many different areas in my life I need to work on but at the same time realizing the only way I can do that is with the help God. I had the chance to meet a few new people and get to know alot of people better, which was very cool. I wish every weekend could be a retreat!!! But I guess that would get old after awhile and it definatley would not leave the same impact in my life that this past weekend has. Cali and I were announced the offical "bell ringers" because of our exceptional bell ringing skills... lol so we decided it was definatley an honor. It might have even been the highlight of my weekend! I decided that I should not be allowed to play cards because I am terrible... I am going to stick to watching next time Well I could go on forever but I am tired and Im sure you wouldn't want to here it all. Goodbye!

Hey everyone! So I have been really bad at updating this thing. I get too lazy to update, I just like to see if people leave me comments lol. But I guess I can give you all a taste of what is going on in my EXITING life right now. Ha... well not much. School is going well, I got my first psych quiz back today and my score was... um... a little less than desirable. However... in the syllabus it does say something about dropping your lowest grade so hopefully that means tests and quizzes! Mmmm... french vanilla cappuccino is delicious! Nico's concert is coming up next weekend so that will be fun. I'm exited! OH! I got a digital camera a few days ago, so I am sure you will be seeing pictures posted on here very soon... I just have to figure out how to use it first. Then I could post pictures from the concert! I am babysitting right now and I just got slapped by a 1 year old! Ha, that is sad. Now she is crying... it is most definitely time for a nap. I think both of us need naps... yep that sounds nice Goodbye!
