Still very much in holiday mode. Seriously need to get my act together. It is now 4pm, i spent the entire morning/arvo trying to put together a to-do list. (Preparing for a few more performance diplomas now that I've graduated Masters and have more time.)
The guilt has pushed me thus far, but not enough to actually start carrying out the stuff in that list yet. I'll try start after lunch...
I really need to concentrate, FOCUS!!

So restless.
Been a while since i've written stuff on xanga, have always been too lazy to and after all pictures are worth 1000 words ho ho excuses.
Why am i writing today?
Anyhow, so there should be a few lists, the one i've drawn up just then is the academic one. Not so interesting so i wont put it up here, now lets see, i shall do one for health?
I have a generally healthy lifestyle, eating plenty of fruit and avoiding nearly all fat and sugar but still need to fix these:
1. Cut down on protein food
2. Stay away from sashimi & wasabi
3. Limit chilli consumption (that's hard coz migoreng has chilli)
4. For this week, NO MIGORENG.
5. Reduce intake of salt - which means, try not to eat so much chips
6. I shall allow myself to eat only ONE MORE 'chilli beef & cheese meat pie' (mrs.macs) this month.
7. Drink more water than i already do.
8. More exercising at least 5x weekly?
Now the goal of this is just to detox a little so i get nicer skin which ofcoz, only comes with being healthy, nothing to do with obsessive dieting.
Oh yes, that is the first ever picture taken from that angle that didn't make me go EWWWW, having long hair does come in handy LOL.
Should stop bumming now, have a quick lunch then START DOING SOMETHING PRODUCTIVE starting with the Beethoven Sonata.
