Here are pics of our Hawaiian Baby Shower. Toma and I had it together and we did the Hawaiian theme because we went to Hawaii in June for a Honeymoon before the baby comes. A bunch of old friend from school and STF etc. came by and we had a great time. Here are some pics of us hanging out, playing baby games, and looking very Hawaiian.

Yup, you heard me. Jatoma and I have made a sweet pink little baby boy. He's still cooking, but he'll be out on November 17th. I can't tell you how exactly we knew it was our time to start makin babies, but we did. We feel great about it and we even went on a vacation in Hawaii to celebrate, which we called our "Babymoon."

I'm going to have a baby shower on August 4th and if you weren't invited it doesn't mean I dont love you. It just means that I don't expect you to shlep over to NY for a 4 hour event. You understand. In any case, you can always shower me with gifts  We're registered at Babies R Us, so don't hold back.

Emalie just left yesterday and I already miss her little hand curled around my finger. ::sigh:: Babies are great. I was just about to go insane when Limi and little Emalie came home. I would be sitting there all pissed off and Emma would come in and put her little head on my knee. How can you be mad after that? Also she kept me entertained by finding fun things to do with Cheerios like stick them on her nose or her forehead. Then she would stick them on my nose and laugh hysterically. So enjoyable.

But now its back to the mundane. BUT there's hope! Jatoma is coming to visit in a week! I've only seen him for 1 week since Christmas and I'm starting to feel like poo. So he's coming just in time.

Let me clarify.

I'm not in Minnesota right now. Only Toma is.

I'm still in NY with my momma and the latest addition to our 2-bedroom apartment, my sister Limi and baby neice Emalie. You can imagine how crazy its getting around here. But even though I barely sleep at night with all the crying, I am enjoying the lil tike. I am also realizing how much I don't want kids anytime soon. Nope, no bambinos for me. Not yet at least. But kudos to all you who do have them already cuz they're definitly alot of work.

As for Minnesota...let's just say nothing is decided yet. Actually almost everything in my life is very fluid at the moment and the variety of options are overwhelming.
