Where did the Half Blood Prince get his book? If it was 50 years old, could it have been Voldemort's? Maybe its a horcrux?

Was the potion from the cave a horcrux? Is that why Dumbledore asked for Snape immediately? If he drank part of Voldemort's soul, DD would need to die to destroy the horcrux.
