ok. its been a fuckin long ass time since I updated this shit.
too lazy and too tired to fuckin update....

holy crap... wut I did wuz I wuz tryin to win the ball in the air during the soccer game, and I fuckin volly the ball in the air. (About my height I guess.)
and since that jump wuz fuckin high and I wuz way off balance in the air, I landed on my left hand and dislocated.... and also broke my bone..... aww fuck...
so now I have fuckin cast on since 7/7 and have to have it on till the 27th.
god damn this is just a pain..... After I get my cast off, I still have to put a support thinggy on until like beginning of September. o well, im gonna fuckin play soccer anyways. but can't play in games....

anyways I gooa get this back... so here are my goals till the hmmm.... end of summer? something like that.
1. weigh more. right now 63kg to 70kg
2. get more speed and stamina. (its so hard to get both at once but I will do it.)
3. work out. (I already got 6 packs so try to get 8 packs. and more muscle on arms, back, and dunno... every where!)
4. SLEEP. this is the big part. right now I only sleep 4hrs a day.
5. try to keep up with these goals.
ok. these are the shit that im gonna work on for now.
o ya, one more.
get healed SAP. this is the big part. haha. o well thats it for today.
