at the end of a really long, horribly busy week I am looking forward to a nice relaxing weekend. We'll see how that works out.

Really Long Entry Alert

wow...this weekend was....insane. I'm not even kidding, I am absolutly exausted. On Friday night I decided to sleep over Emily's house so that we could practice our song, so we practiced till like 11, it went well. Then I made a myspace...same sreen name deal if you wanna check it out. Anyhow, we ended up staying up till 2, went to bed, but I couldn't sleep (no kidding) until 3. Woke up at 6 for Fine Arts. FAF was pretty cool. I only made a fool of myself once and it was in the beginning of the day so by the time it was over I didn't feel so bad. Me and Emily's song was excellent so I "redeemed" myself. Then we went and saw "When a Stranger Calls" which was pretty much your predictable thriller show. It was ok. Next we went to the mall w/ Liz, and me and her forgot and went to Eastview instead of Marketplace...whoops. So then I slept over Emily's house (again) with Jess and it was amazing. We stayed up all night taking pictures and messing around. We had been planning on going out to eat before church at like 6, but were hungry and bored at four, so we went to Denny's. In case anyone wants to know, the only people at Denny's are cops and druggees (sorry, butchered that one). It was fun. Then church. So basically I got 3 hours of sleep in the past two nights, which was absolutely the WORST preparation for what happened when I got home. Basically my dog, who was perfectly fine and healthy this morning, would not even move when we got home. She just sorta lay there breathing really hard, and I looked and her stomach was all bloated, and I started crying, which doesn't normally happen, but was mostly because I was exausted, and for some reason as soon as I saw her I knew that this was not something an operation would just fix. So my dad took her to the emergency vet place and I was able to regain my composure by the time I had to go to SABAH. When I came home from that, I met my mom and I could see from her face that things were not good. I guess Neena had a tumor for about a year, and today it ruptured, and it was 80% malignant, and she was internally bleeding and had lost sooo much blood. The vet could have operated but even after all of that she would have only had 3-6 months to live. It was horrible, I knew she was getting old and everything, but I was definatly not expecting her to die so soon. So we drove out to the vets, and put seriously the best dog ever to sleep. I don't think I've ever cried so much in my life. I'm going to miss that animal like nothing else. What a sucky way to end an awesome weekend huh?

So if anyone is wondering why I did NOT go to the superbowl party...

At your best, you are: low maintenance, friendly, and adaptable

At your worst, you are: cheap and angsty

You drink coffee when: you can get your hands on it

Your caffeine addiction level: high

What a horrible, depressing, ugly winter we are having! One day of snow followed by five days of rain just isn't cutting it! I'm beginning to lose hope of a nice winter...

In other news...youth group was really fun the other day. I'm excited for fine arts but nervous too. I'm mostly just happy that SO many people are doing it this year. Anyways, it should be interesting.
