| Goodbye Everyone...My car is packed......
My roommate has left...........
My brain is fried...........
My goodbyes have been said.............
I'm leaving Grace. I'm going HOME!
Looking back over the year, I smile at remembered fun, grimace at embarrassing moments, and try to deal with regrets. I leave Grace knowing that I have changed immensely over this past year . . . hopefully for the better.
The best part of the year has been in the relationships that I have been able to develop.
To all of You who have been with me though the good and the bad times, Thank you. You all are amazing! It has been a privilege to be a part of your lives and to see you deepen your relationship with God.
To my wonderful roommate....The year wouldn't have been the same without you. Late night talks, hugs, frustrations, watching movies.............
.......memories I will never forget.
This may be the last xanga post for a very long time because I don't have access to the Internet at my house, and then I will be working as a summer camp counselor and won't have time to update this page. So, goodbye everyone. Have an adventurous, memorable summer. Always remember to correctly spell J.O.Y. (Jesus, Others, and You) for the most amazing summer of your life.

| Wow, tonight was super fun. A really busy day, but growth group was amazing tonight. We had combined growth groups with all of my hall and all of us leaders dressed up and had an awards ceremony for our girls at the ampatheater. We presented our awards in find A2E Grammy style, had float cocktails, sang songs together, and had a touching bonding moment. :) The atmosphere was really cool. We lit a ton of tea lights that mirrored against the park lights and trees was a beautiful sight. All in all, it was a good day. | | |
| Happy Easter! Well, here I am in Freemont, OH at Heidi's house. I've been having fun, getting lots of sleep, shopping, eating, and not getting very much homework done at all. :) That's not what I should be doing, but oh well. Last night I went to my first three-fold communion at Heidi's church. That was really cool. I was glad to be able to experience it. | | |
| Happy Birthday to Me!!!Ah, I love my friends! They are great. Sunday Jenna and Heidi planned a suprise birthday party for me and had a bunch of friends over to Megan's apartment to celebrate. It was really fun and I felt very special. Emma also came to visit on Saturday so it was good to see her again. I am looking forward going home with Heidi for Easter. We are going to spend some time with Emma, do homework, meet all of Heidi's friends, eat lots of good food, go to a church that is 3 times as big as my town. and get some sleep. I'm excited!
Here is a pic from my birthday party.
| I am really terrible at keeping this thing updated. I go through the mundane regular week stuff and then suddenly have an exciting weekend and can't write about all of it. Lets see if I can condense it down into a short paragraph.
On Friday afternoon I, along with 39 other people started off on the SAB Destination Unknown road trip. Yeah SAB! But it really wasn't an unknown road trip to me because I helped plan it. mawhahaha. Well, we ended up going to Indy, eating at a sweet Italian restaurant, going to the mall to shop or play in the arcade for an hour, then it was off to Duck pin bowling, where our bus driver squeezed our bus through two closely parked police cars. that was quite the adventure. After bowling, the group went to the NCAA Hall of Champions museum at midnight because they were staying open 100 hrs in honor of the 100 year celebration of NCAA. The museum was pretty cool, but everyone was getting a little tired bye that time so we were all glad to make it back on the bus at 1:00am. The most exciting thing that happened at the museum was that we tried to take the bus down this narrow road only to discover that it led to underground parking that had a very low clearance, so we had to back the bus down the road for several hundred yards. I was glad I wasn't driving. After one more stop to get gas, we made it home safe and sound at 4:00am. Over all it was a fun trip and I think that everyone really enjoyed it.
After sleeping in til noon on Saturday, I awoke to do homework, clean my room, eat and go shopping. Saturday night Jimothy came over to Heidi and I's room and we played rummy for about 2 hrs. That was pretty fun, especially since I won by about 75 points. :)
This morning I went to a Catholic mass for the first time in my life. It was interesting and I'm glad that I went, but I'm still processing what I think about everything.
Well, I think that about wraps up the details of the weekend. There are so many more, but not enough room to share them. So good bye and good night everyone.
