Defeat Sleep Deprivation

 

The first thing to do to improve your quality sleep time and prevent Sleep Deprivation

 

 Actually right now,people try to reduce/manage/erase theyr stres levels with the use of external methods: stimulants,drugs,legal and not substances, which can be founded in natural and artificial foods and drinks. Let me tell you,A cup of coffee in the morning it’s not the end of the world, but when you start to take one,two,three and so on,here comes the Over-stimulation,this mean that your system need extra energy and more stress to eliminate the slags.

In the same category we find alchoholics,energy drinks,very salted foods, You should avoid those things:

-          Alcohol

-          Nicotine in it’s all forms

-          Caffeine and all the similars (yes Guaranà abusers,this is for you)

-          The big family of Energy Drinks (You know that some of them are illegal in some countryes of Europe?)

-          Drugs (cocaine,ecstasy)

Those stimulants send an imput to the body to produce a chemical reaction to promote alertness,which sometime is good,but after that we have a drop and the body need more time and work to ripristinate normal levels,this is a countermove to the normal relaxed state,If your body need energy to dispell energy,probably you’re hitting the wrong way

There is a popular beliefs that taking a soup of whiskey before going to sleep will help people sleeping better,SO FALSE,actually alchohol must be filtered from your system and deposit toxins in your body,As said before,your Lymphatic system will got a lot of work to do,So don’t be surprised if you wake up in the morning slizzed or take much more time to fall asleep

 

Ok,you probably experiences a very drunk night,touched the pillow and ZzZzzzZ…but let me ask you,How the wake up was? For experience I may say it was like someone ringed a fire allarm next to your head…This is not how sleeping it’s supposed to be,and you should avoid it at all costs

So much so,we talked about stimulants and how they affect our body and sleeping quality time.

 

Avoid those ones at least 5-6 hours before bed time and your will be amazed of the results
