right now,people try to reduce/manage/erase theyr stres levels with the use of external
methods: stimulants,drugs,legal and not substances, which can be founded in
natural and artificial foods and drinks. Let me tell you,A cup of coffee in the
morning it’s not the end of the world, but when you start to take one,two,three
and so on,here comes the Over-stimulation,this mean that your system need extra
energy and more stress to eliminate the slags.
