| a good weekend...so this weekend was pretty good, it was the first full weekend i've had off work in a while. i had friday, saturday, sunday off of work . so friday my mom had the day off work and my brother and sister had a P.A for school so we all went out and ran errands and shopped; it was really fun and i got paid friday so that was nice too. i bought a new purse, a houndstooth coat (black and dark grey), a houndstooth skirt (white and black) i was surprised it fit me but am really happy it did, it looks really cute with my black leggings underneath, and a white shirt (i am normally not a fan of white because i am quite pale and wore white polos like everyday for 4 years in high school and white is really unflattering but this shirt looked cute with the houndstooth skirt). All the clothes i bought i got at le chateau we have two here one in our mall, and then one outside the mall in a plaza which is the one i went to it's a discount one like everything is on sale and it's set up like a cute little boutique you see people shopping at in like the hills or laguna beach where you have to really look for stuff and the shirts and stuff are organized by colour; most of the stuff is last years stuff but it's all stuff you can wear now no matter if it's last years or not they have like everything i love going in there but i always end up spending a lot.
this is a photo of my new white shirt and new houndstooth skirt, i added my black leggings, a white tank top underneath the shirt and my black shrug and my black patent kitten heels.

this is what i wore out for dinner friday night, with and without the shrug so you can see the shirt, and i wore the same black patent kitten heels that are in the other photos. saturday night cheryl who i work with invited micki (another girl i work with who i am really good friends with) and i to a gala so we had to get dressed up this is the only photo i have of me dressed up, micki has some good ones i think, so i'll post those when she sends me them.i got that dress on sale for $29.99 at least now i can say i've worn it at least once, wore those same black patent kittens heels haha they are awesome to go from casual to dressy and my black shrug over top.that's all for me....have a good week everyone !*amanda w* | | |
| an update...hey there i haven't had much to write about lately. but i thought it was time for a new blog, though i do throughly enjoy reading everyone else's especially sophie and lora's. so this year i've decided i am going to buy an actual bikini top instead of a halter style or tankini style that i would normally buy that covers my stomach. most of you don't know, especially the girls on a weight loss journey i am not on a weight loss journey or trying to lose weight, nothing against it i am just content with my weight and if i wanted to lose weight i would but i don't feel i need to. anyways i have decided that when i look in my mirror and i'm in my bra and underwear i love how i look, so i might as well rock a two piece this summer! i found one on victoria secret i like, i have always been lusting after lots of the stuff on the victoria secret website we don't have one in canada so i'd have to order it from the site. but i haven't ordered because a) i don't have a credit card b) didn't know anyone that had ordered from the site to ask how the sizing was and such. mainly the big reason is the whole credit card thing, though i am old enough to have one i don't really want one, because they're and can be trouble. anyways the other day at work i was chatting with a lady about victoria secret and she said she orders like everything from there, so i asked her about sizing and stuff and she said they're good with sizing and you can return stuff as well so no worries on that then. so i am seriously considering for the first time actually getting a credit card just to order stuff online is what i want it for, and actually ordering off of victoria secret finally! this is the bikini i like:
