it's been a long time....

it's been over 2 months since i've posted on here. xanga is old and boring... i'm just on here cuz that's how bored i've been lately. besides, i'm on facebook and myspace... so i think i'll be closing this thing down soon.. unless i decide to keep it to reflect on the past, such as my time at olivet... or my biggest relationship gone wrong... but i'm over that shit. anyways...

JOBS
got fired from Aurelio's early this month. gay. i gave some friends from Ruby's beer... and didn't charge them. the kitchen manager and the GM are total fuckheads... they didn't do shit about it until 3 days later. i went into work on a thursday, it happened monday, and was there for like 30 minutes b4 they even called me into the office. then they fired me. i offered to pay for the beer but no, didnt work. i'm not really bitter about that, i'm bitter about the fact that they didn't just tell me to not come back. stupid fuckers. 3 whole days and not a word. i should have just not gone in. whatev.

but i went into Applebee's on sunday filled out an application, talked to my buddy rob, who happened to be bartending. he talked to his GM mike. mike talked to me, had his other manager elizabeth talk to me. and in like 30 minutes, already had my 2 interviews done. i done got hired on the spot. must be cuz i'm God or something. lol. nah i'm not. it does help though that i served mike one time at ruby's. he gave me a fatty tip too. so yeah, i start my orientation over there next week some time. all y'all ppl readin this need to come visit.


THE BAND
i've decided that i'm tired of just sitting around the house, watching tv, playing video games, eating, and sleeping... so about a month ago, i saw that my buddy jake villarreal's band was lookin for a lead singer. hell yeah i'm all in. so i gave him a holler and told him i was interested. showed up at his house for a practice one night, which was my audition. started off w/ Unholy Confessions by Avenged Sevenfold. nailed it. i was in. so i've been w/ the guys for about a month now. but we haven't been able to practice for over a week since jake's parents are having a garage sale. whatev. we won't be too far behind. we're looking to have some shit recorded and put on our myspace page by mid-may. and by the end of the month, hopefully we'll be playin shows too!! it'll be badass. i'll give you the link for our page. check us out.
