The world lost a truly great conservationist this past Labor Day.

My wife is awesome.

The latest issue of the Tennessee Conservationist is great.

Lil' G.H. will be here any day now.

Dan-O, give me a call, bro.

Well Alright.

Huh, it's definitely been quite awhile for this thing.  I am hungry and there is tasty tortellini and homemade interesting red sauce being prepared as I type.

Things are really hectic at the moment, but hectic in a great and exciting way, of course.  Sorry I have been such a poor correspondant; I haven't had much computer time at all these days, but I haven't really missed it either.

I have a "real" job now that I will be starting this month.  I'm extremely excited.  I'm still going to grad school, just part-time instead of full.  And of course, only a few weeks until the VERY big event!  I am quite excited.

Okay, the pasta smell is getting to me, so I'm going to sign off for now and go eat.  I'll post some totally random scientific post latorrr...

Today's Philosophical Moment...

I had quite the epiphany today...

"Tight indeed is the ass which smacks the hand, instead of the other way around."

That's an original quote, and many thanks to the lovely Beatlebird for providing the...uh... <cough>...inspiration!
