after waking up every morning at the perfect time for dawsons creek, i remember why i loved it so much. its amazing. i love summer because i realize what my perfect sleep schedule is...bed at 12-12:45, wake up at around 10.

 i havent done much...i saw rocket summer with tobin, and im painting my room green. im going to chicago for my cousins graduation next week, and im applying for a job. i just hope summer starts looking up; its gonna be looooooooooong and hooooooooooot if it doesnt.

i dont have much to say. the lazy days are setting in.

yesterday, after school, amanda, spooner and i went by amandas house and then to quiznos for lunch. i must say, it was DELICIOUS. and then we went to see troy with a couple other people...it was so good. my knowledge of the orestia helped, but then id keep hearing different orestia lines so through my head everytime i heard agamemnons name. after that, pat came along and we went down to rice village, and after a couple a wrong turns and circles, we finally parked and went into urban outfitters and some other places, like into bath and body works to smell oils and test out the tingler, which is orgasmic. then we went to value village...and i found the MOST AWWWEEEESOOOMMEE dress for amanda. it is black with big white polka dots all over it, and is form fitting until about the hips and flares out and has a huge bow on the back...very eighties...and we picked out some red pumps and stockings to go with it. i got some earrings for 60 cents, seeing as that was all i could spare. on the way back, pat and spooner were going to moon people, but instead just sat in teh back with their boxers on and...i dont know. just sat i guess. that night we watched big fish, which was reaaallllyy neat.  that. was. my. first. day. of. summer.

wow i havent updated in a really long time.

well, i went to KC last weekend and saw all my good friends....i can't believe how much we all still click and get along. its amazing, and i want everything to stay that way. and im glad that dillon and i ran into each other twice, and sarah and i got the chance to hang out again.

schools almost out. tomorrow is the last day. its amazing how fast this all flew by...i wouldnt have liked it anyother way. a hard year should go by fast. no need to drag out the pain.

i feel so ashamed and vain at the moment..it seems as though i have an image in my head that wont go away, expectations that cant be met, and ideas that blur everything that i can get a hold of. i hate the fact that i want what i cant have. im so used to being a certain kind of way, and with all the change that has occured, im not willing to make any sacrifices otherwise. but it seems i have no choice. good thing summer came along. its high time i evaluate the way i look at my life around me. i want things so badly to turn out right. but everythings going wrong.

today i went to value village, a roadside carnival, half price books, and lunch with travis.

value village was massive. i got a fanny pack and hot pink shorts, along with assorted tshirts. it was steamy in there. we saw a carnival on the side of the road in a kroger parking lot so we stopped by. i got a free game from a guy who was a "carnie-in-training"...CIT for short..who did addition like crazy. only he was probably cheating us out of 5 dollars, although i won 4 back. we went to the mall and he got one of those boba drinks, and i ate the best chicken fingers i have ever had in my entire life. then, we went to halfprice books, and in the midst parking, i MIGHT have touched a car a little tooooo close. we drove away. i got two books. i also wore my jewish sunglasses.

now i have a headache from reading. i think i should use my glasses more, the words tend to string together to from one big blurb of words.
