     What Cancer Cannot Do!

    Cancer is so limited.

    It cannot cripple Love.
    It cannot shatter Hope.
    It cannot corrode Faith.
    It cannot destroy Peace.
    It cannot kill Friendship.
    It cannot suppress Memories.
    It cannot silence Courage.
    It cannot invade the Soul.
    It cannot conquer the Spirit.
    It cannot steal eternal Life!

    Mother's Day

Nice Rose 1024X768_wp Today is a wonderful day.  It's Mother's Day!   To all you Moms out there, Happy Mother's Day!  I hope this day and every day is a special one for you.  You deserve the best.  Thank God for you all.

God design woman to be the one to give birth to all the children around the world. That is great!  We also, should say Happy Mother's Day to God, because he created  all.  If it wasn't for him we would not be here.  So, Happy Mother's Day to Our Father In Heaven (GOD).

  • Graduation Day

I was so proud to be at my daughter's graduation from college yesterday. She got her Associate Degree in Billing & Coding, but I hope she goes back and get her Bachelors then Masters. My grandson had our camera and he looked like a professional photographer. He cried when he saw her after the ceremony. Happy tears. He was so proud of his Mom.  Trying to raise a child as a single parent working full-time and  going to school isn't an easy thing to do. But she didn't it and now have the degree to prove it.  The ceremony began. The director of the school spoke then she introduce a woman who daughter died 6 months prior to graduation day. The sad part about hearing her speech was hearing that her daughter died by the hand of her husband. He stabbed her to death. Leaving his children without a mother. This man killed a woman who loved him. Who wouldn't leave him even though he was beating her. I almost walk out of the church where the graduation was held. My heart went out to her & her mother who lost her daughter and now will be raising her grandchildren. I'm glad that husband is in jail for what he done. It won't bring the woman back, but at least he is not getting away with murder. 6 months before her graduation! This woman not only was getting one degree she was back in school to get her second degree when she was killed. So the college gave her mother the second degree as an honor.  When I saw the mother afterward. I hug her and didn't want to let her go. She had my deepest symphathy. I started to cry, but if I did I would have made her cry and I didn't want to do that. So, if any one read this and is in an abusive relationship or  you know someone that is being abused please ask them to get help from a friend, a teacher, a shelter, a minister or a policeman. Thre is help out there if you want it. Ask God to help he'll listen. Don't stay for the marriage or the children. Don't let this person constantly torment your life. You deserve better than that.

  • Fibromyalgia

Fibromyalgia (disease) -The pain can be in one place or all over. The exact locations of the pain are called tender points. It is a terrible disease. It doesn't cause death like most cancers, but it does cause pain and you inherit other medical problems with this disease. Like panic disorder, sleep apnea, fatigue, tension headaches, memory problems, muscle pain, osteoarthritis, constipation, urinary problems and depression are just some. Instead of pain in the bones like Arthritis, Fibromyalgia pain is in the muscle so you get constant muscle pain. I sometime get muscle spasms in my back especially around my shoulder blade. I've been suffering with this disease for over 30 years, before the doctors could tell me what it is. My doctors first thought my health problems was all in my head then finally after seeing a Rheumotologist Specialist. I was diagnose in 1991. But before that it was constant visits to the doctors and chiroprators trying to help relieve my pain that may have been in my head. Now here it is 2008 thery are showing commercial about a new medicine call Lyrica that is suppose to help people with Fibromyalgia. I'm taking Lyrica and it is helping a little, but not a lot. I guess since I've been suffering for so long that this medicine may not help me as much as it would help some of  you who has just been diagnose. Then their are the side effect from new medicines. Don't you just hate side effect.  Also, more women get this disease then men or children and it is hereditary. So their is a chance your children or sibling may have it too. So if you know someone with Fibromyalgia. Give them a big hug but be gentle, because hugs can hurt us too, even though we need them.

By the way their is no cure.

I try to lisening to www. dailyaudiobible.com every day.
