| i am back from groundbreakers. i must say, it was very enjoyable. activities planned well and kudos to the committee that planned it.
i told myself i wanted to go to this camp cause 1) i missed last year's 2) i needed a break after my test week 3) i wanted to be there with the new p6 lads who are new to this whole system.
thank God that i fulfilled more than just those 3 reasons, i learnt alot more with the engaging speaker whose message really hit you and even though they were longer than expected, you still listen cause it's interesting. i wanted to go out to fulfill my passion in life but always had no discipline to just practice, and there he spoke about passion. i believe that this camp was where God wanted me to be over the weekend where i just sit back and relax as a camper and not worry about anything and just enjoy and have fun.
the "radical" idea about sentosa and mass dance was i think well thought. it was something new, that excites us than the usual extended worships. dancing together with everyone was great and something that i thought was the highlight of the camp. i was excited to see the p6 lads enjoying themselves even when their initial plans were never ever to step into this camp, but due to, i don't know, persuasion or force. they enjoyed it. am happy as their leader.
overall i guess everyone pretty much enjoyed this camp and i really thank God for it.
ohwell, reality strikes where i have 1 presentation and 1 computer test this week. oh God, but i learnt that the holy spirit can conquer anything with us. so i'm going to use it.

| my birthday this week. been really fun and everything, had dinner with my family at a nice italian restaurant, had dinner at a jap place called sun with moon with my friends and later had a late night with my friends as well. all in all i'm really grateful to everyone who wished me and called me. :) and i love you guys. presents are always good to go along with birthdays and thanks to my relatives for the 2 wonderful and expensive presents. i love them !

what i tried today from a new cookbook by jamie oliver again. it's called squid conciertina :)
up close you can see the squid is being finely scoured by yours truly.
and i love this alot. it's good and best of all it comes from the heart.
