So, uh, not having a job really bites. I'm seriously SOOO bored! The last couple of days I haven't rolled out of bed till nearly noon, then I really just kick around until dinner.

Yesterday Justin went back home. Him, Scafe, Josh, Lucas and I went to Red Robin for lunch at 2. So I got back at like...3, then slept till dinner. Woo hoo. Then my mother and I went to Walmart and Lowes to get paint, annnnd then I came home and watched tv and talked to Josh.

Today, my mom woke me up at noon cause she wanted me to bring her brownies. Hah, that woman and her chocolate I tell ya. So Brett was getting ready when I woke up, so I got ready, and the two of us went to church to give mother her brownies.

Brooke asked me if I found a job yet and I said I hadn't. I applied at Beaners and REALLY want to work at Starbucks, but there was no number up for it yet. So, good ol Brooke busts out the phonebook and calls the corporate office and finds out that I can apply at the East beltline location and be fine.

So, Brett and I got us some McD's and headed way the poo out to the East Beltline. Yea. While we were filling out our apps (Brett decided he was going to fill one out as well) Brett says..."uh...look...it's Barber". Sure enough, Christopher Barber was cleaning the windows as we were filling out our apps. Quite random.

We came back, picked mother up, and yea. Mom and I layed down for a nap, and I was telling her about Starbucks (apparently they've only hired ONE person for the location I was applying at!) and she was like "OH!!!!! ZONDERVAN IS STILL HIRING FOR THAT RECEPTIONIST!" So, yea, that ruined our nap.

I made myself a quite resume and sent it off.

PRAY I GET MYSELF A JOB! I'm a worker, annnnd I'm bored not working.

Anyway! I went to church tonight, got wrapped up in this plastic crap by a bunch of little boys...and yea. It was interesting.

As we were closing out the service, Pastor Steve asked one of the boys to pray. And he didn't want to...man. It just killed me. The fact that we would be embarrased or so worried about what someone was going to think of our PRAYER. I mean, that's our prayers to God. That just broke my heart.

Anyway, please pray that I get a job, and soon, and the one that God wants me to have. Thannnnnk youuuuuu! I love you all.
