life is still silly. but i enjoy it.
usually.
i'm going to be 21 sooner rather than later.
i don't feel like i'm supposed to be that old.
most of the time i just wing it and pretend i know what i'm doing.
but at least i do it with a smile.
i'm a blessed girl.
nice to see you're a bundle of joy and sunshine as usual.
please be careful.

oh i may be young, but i know when i love someone.

my summer class is over. yay.
i didn't burn into a lobster on the float trip. yay.
i'm currently on the 4th season of lost. yay.
i have 2 packs of lemonade in my closet and half an icecream cake in my freezer. yay.
i'm listening to oceanlane and the vampire weekend. yay.
see? life isn't so bad. all those yays and hardly any nays to speak of =)

i guess i'm just talking to myself though. that's okay.
i make rather good company if i do say so myself.

so here we are again. i've missed you xanga.
life is silly.
i thought to myself on new years..."thank goodness that pathetic stupid 2007 is finally over with"
but good grief!
if 2008 doesn't shape up its bound to be a repeat.

but things will be okay. it isn't the end of the world.
a lot can change in a matter of minutes...
so i'm not even going to try to figure out whats going to happen and how to deal.
one lousy day at a time is all i can handle : )

okay. i'm really not that pathetic and bitter.
life is okay, and i'm tough.
i'm a big girl and am alright.

i have good people in my life who love me no matter what stupid things i do.
and when all else fails i have pete and raefael.
oh yah, and i can't forget about blue koolaid...never let me down yet.
i didn't waste my time. i don't believe that for one second. not that it matters.

school is lame. well technically i like my childrens literature class. but shhh, don't tell anyone.
work is mostly fun- helping old people with their banking needs amuses me for the most part.
the apartment life is going splendidly.
especially the corner cabinet that holds my seasons of friends and gilmore girls. they keep me sane.

growing up is hard and wonderful and scary and beyond exciting.
such an awful combination.

i don't have any words to use lately.
never seem to use the right ones anyways.
i watched disturbia last night and for some reason that intense movie put me in a halfway decent mood.
i'm tired of school. and i have so much to do in the next week and half that its not even funny.
all i want to do right now is move in with rachel...
and watch willy wonka and the chocolate factory
while dancing with the oompa loompas and eating massive amounts of junk food.
this summer will be nothing but work and college algebra and gilmore girls.
and i can't wait.
maybe things will be okay again.
i miss yous not enough.

um school is fine.
it keeps me busy and well thats about it.
finally meeting some nice people there, which is super nice.

in other news, i have a niece :)
emma grace thomas was born at around 4:30 this afternoon.
she's beautiful and i like her a lot.
i like being an aunt.
so hooray for tyler and emma, two of my favorite people in the world.

um i'm home.
it was pretty much a lot of fun.
waaaaay to much driving though.
i found out that my fish franklin died while i was gone.
so that was a downer.
it's almost august....26 more days until i'm an aunt again :)

it's pretty stinking warm outside.
makes me want some watermelon.
fab and i went to the michael buble concert.
it was about the best night i've had in a looong while.
oh, and i painted my room.
maybe i'll put a picture on here later.
i don't know what i want or what to do.
so that doesn't really help out much does it?
amy and i leave early sunday morning for myrtle beach.
pray that we don't get lost or kill eachother in the process :)

time goes by quickly.
i got an A in my history class...i'm psyched!
my mom and i went to watch the wizard of oz at century 2 last night.
it was wonderful.
the road trip to kansas city by myself was much needed.
and getting kicked out of walmart with kurt was enjoyable.
i really don't know much.
can't decide much either.
but thats okay...
'cause i'm gonna take my time
there's no need to hurry when i'm making up my mind'

i went to texas.
it was humid there.
the road trip to myrtle beach has been planned :)
my history telecourse class is kicking my butt.
boo for summer classes.
grapes are fun to eat.
pray for my friend mindy as she is off to mexico for 2 and a half weeks.
i have a very limited, but wonderful life, than leekers and and my history class...
so i think you should call me and force me to have fun.
