  • When All Else Fails...

    Improvise!!

Friday night I got back from a quick two day trip up
to Lake Arrowhead for some R&R... And apparently,
my monstrous feet work well as skis, lol

Mary has more photos, and gets credit for this one as well,
watch her site for more to come soon!

    *EDIT*
Did I mention the giant skis I have for feet?

    Also... Check out that view!

We had a blast up there, it was SO refreshing to be back up
in the mountains, surrounded by clean air and evergreens... I can't
wait for the day I have a home in a place like that.

Not that I mind living a block from the beach, but still...
    I wouldn't mind both

Many Blessings to each of you, let me know if I can be
    praying for you!

  • Wow...

    I Actually CAN Post Quickly!!

These are from this very last weekend just four days ago!
I hardly know what to do with myself, insanity eh?

As some of you know, I started a marketing company way
back in high school and I'm still actively positioned as it's ceo.
One of my business partners flew out for the weekend for a
conference up in Anaheim (near LA).

He brought his girlfriend and we had my favorite kind of
meeting last Saturday... Burgers over the ocean, and a nice
beachside walk with camera and Starbucks in hand.

    Aren't they cute?

    Bryan & Katie...

    They're also quite hilarious, haha...

Even children were jumping for joy...

Bri came too... (Of course )

She finds great joy in playing with small animals...
Especially those found in tide pools, haha.

    New...

It was Katie's first time to the Ocean, I think she liked it

    Bryan is the MAN.

He does some of my best web work, and is truly an
artist with design.... Not to mention the fact that he's
also marketing savvy and thinks very much like I do.

    Love it!

So there... Wow... I just posted within 4 days

  • Here Goes Nothing :-)

    Have You Ever...

Discovered really old photos that you have yet to edit?
Well, I sure do... Practically every time I'm teaching
a teleseminar, which is at least twice a week, lately.

So... Now you get to take a quick peak at my friend
Emily's visit from TN to Laguna... Specifically our
trip up to Balboa island one day

    ""

They're an interesting bunch up there, really... Haha.

It's an odd experience, shooting for fun again... I've become
so accustomed to capturing people's emotions and beauty
    that shooting random objects is:
    A) EXTREMELY EASY!
    B) Relaxing as heck.
    C) Makes me look like a photography student
to random passersby [which is hilariously entertaining...

I got into an argument with a guy last week - Him: "So
you WANT to be a photographer" - Me: "No, actually
I AM a photographer" - Him: "You mean you WANT
    to be a photographer?" - Me: "......."

    Haha too funny.

Oh, and I get to take random photos of odd things, did I
mention how much I enjoy that?

    Random...

Playing with depth, textures, sharpness, macro's etc. etc.
    Loads of fun

    Ouch...

    Hotness....

Gosh, I get to think through leading lines and colors again!
    Wow....

    Ms. Emily

    Crazy DOF...

    Bri Needed Some Love...

    Nutty Differences in Building Supplies.

Then, on the drive home... We spotted this GORGEOUS view
at one of my favorite locations in North Laguna.

    Mmmmmm....

    And one more perspective...
Why? Because I was shooting for fun
(Though this one could have had a bit more contrast I suppose)

    Good times!

    Isn't this fun?
(the whole blogging more often thing, of course
