I know it's Tuesday but I just want to share with the world that I have finally found friends in Bangkok, Thailand. And I now realise why expats stick together in a foreign land (especially one that does not speak much English). I hosted my first brunch last Sunday, and I really wanted to take pictures of all the food (and the fun) I prepared but by 11am I was on my 6th Bloody Mary and was dancing on my head. I made Singapore fried noodles ( I had to substitute egg noodles with sphagetti...still delish), Singapore Chicken Curry, Fridge Emptying Meat Balls (dont worry I was just trying to finish off my bacon and other stuff..so i mixed it all together), Roti, Tomato salad and a cucumber + yoghurt + mint thingy. For dessert I made a concoction of coconut milk, Vanilla, brown sugar and diced pumpkin, topped with vanilla ice cream..it was yum.

Then it was more drinks, and Wii Tennis. You should see the Queens in action. then at about 5pm we all went for a massage. It was Fab.

All Sundays should be like this. Laced with a bit of vodka.
