ISRAEL

THE WHOLE ISRAEL TRIP, WITH A DAY IN MADRID =]

I went to Israel for work with my boss and for part of the trip her friend Rosario was with us. It was an amazing trip. On the way back we miss our connection flight to buenos aires in Madrid, so we spent the day walking around town :)

jerusalem

We went to jerusalem yesterday. good fun. we went on a tour with others and walked around the old city for three hours, walking along the Via Dolorosa, see the church of the Holy Sepulcre where jesus was cleaned and burried.
We also went to the church where the rock is where jesus prayed for the last time and was betrayed by judas.
very interesting, and we were the only ladies on the tour (besides our tour guisde) so we made friends with everyone.

israel

IM IN ISRAEL!!!
its all quite exciting, quite a long trip, but im finally here. my brithplace. and its beautiful. a lil cold, but beautiful.
on the plane to madrid my boss, vero, started talking to a lot of israelis, so out of our group of 3, on the connection flight to israel we were a group of like 9 people lol.
the food here is amazing, so i suppose i will come back hecha una ballena.
today we had lunch with a holocaust survivor who received a visa from the japanese diplomat we're making a movie about. he was so sweet, and we have plans to see him again. at his house he showed us all the inerviws he didthat he had on tape, his book, little pamphlets that were mde before he would go to speak about his book. its all really exciting.
