a big downside... since the t-shirts are made in limited numbers, they sell out really fast. so you can't waste time thinking about whether you should get a shirt or not. if you see one you like, then buy it before it's sold out.

so yea... monday july 25th... i went to the philadelphia zoo...

and i got to meet JEFF CORWIN!!

most of you probably don't know who he is... Jeff Corwin is an explorer, naturalist, conservationist, wildlife biologist and is also an Emmy Award-winning host (of Jeff Corwin Unleashed). he currently has a new show (premiered June 15th) on Animal Planet... Corwin's Quest (9PM on Wild Wednesdays) and he also had a show... The Jeff Corwin Experience. his first show was on the Disney Channel (Going Wild with Jeff Corwin) and let me say... he is the MAN!

so he was at the Philadelphia Zoo for a book signing so i went bright and early and stood in line for like three and a half hours in the baking sun. didn't really get to chat with him b/c there were a decent amount of people there so they were just rushing through the line... boooo! didn't even get to take a picture with him but i still got pictures of him while we were moseying through the line. but it was definitely a cool experience b/c i am definitely a fan!! plus i got in the zoo for free b/c i'm a member and since i was one of the first 250 in line... i also received a free book.

yea... i shook his hand too (although he likes to touch animal scat)...
