| looks like we made it so, I'm finally settled into my dorm room/suite, and my internet finally works...now I just wait for classes to start. except first, no matter what, I am going to go on a ghost tour around Charleston. I demand it. anyway, I still find myself oggling certain vampires, despite my awarness that I am an adult and should probably move on with my life. ...yeah right.

| HP/TWILIGHT so, recently, I've become addicted to Twilight. actually, it happened in three days. I got bored and started the first book, and three/four days later I finished Breaking Dawn, which wasn't that bad, if you like reading fanfic and generally swooning over hot vampires.
in HP news, the movie has been POSTPONED, which has made the general fanbase (shall I say) pissed. but, and people might hate me for saying this, I'm actually glad. because...
- I'm leaving for college on Friday and would have missed the opportunity to see the midnight release with my friends from home, as I have for the last three movies.
- and...please don't hate me for this...it means Twilight comes out THREE WEEKS EARLIER than anticipated, which means it's not during finals (yay!) and three weeks earlier!
- summer movies are fun...right?
anyway, please realize I have not in any way ditched Harry Potter for Twilight. Harry Potter is more of a loving relationship and Twilight is closer to...lust. I know, I am a horrible person. so sue me. but he's soooo pretty.
[Movie News Flash! So, many of you have heard that the release of the sixth Harry Potter movie, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince,has been moved from this Thanksgiving to next summer. First andforemost, please know that this schedule change has absolutely nothingto do with Twilight, me, or Summit Films (so enough with theimdb death wishes, okay?). This is Warner Bros. decision, and it wasnot motivated by anything Twilight-related. Now for the good news! Though we're all sad to have to wait forHarry Potter, this open spot at the theater creates a cool opportunity.The good people at Summit were thrilled to let me know that now Twilight fans are going to get their movie three weeks earlier than scheduled. | wowit has been quite a long time. but basically, I am going to College of Charleston on Aug 22 and I have already met via Facebook my 4 (count em, 4) roommates, Cassie, Lauren, Naomi, and Laura. I am pretty excited and ready to get away from my screaming brothers. I have a job working at the Country Club of Roswell standing at the top of the slides and basically saying "alright you can go.........alright you can go....." or sitting at the gate for 6 hours highlighting member names or doing concessions which isn't so bad. and next week I have to help out at Celtic Camp. that's right. I teach fiddle and do crafts and Gaelic football. Hopefuly I won't have to teach tin whistle b/c I never bothered to learn it. : ) thta's all for now. It's gonna be a great summer....not. ...yes I did just do a "not" joke | | |
