HEY girls 

thanks for all the comments and those who wanna join the challenge!
ya i realized that on the blogring i spelt challenge wrong but whocares! i don't feel like redoing the whole thing!
the point behind the challenge is really to just support one another and provide support!
but i also and trying a competetive weight loss thing with ppl and the rules and guidelines for that are do whatever you can to lose more weight than the other person in the group or whatever!

thx everyone for the comments! i hate to be negative and let ya'll down but i havn't weighted myself i but am sure i gained pounds! ya thats plural! prolly around 5 pounds since last post! i have been eating everything in sight and i havn't been able to go to the restroom really! gross i no! but i still want to be 117 by homecoming! actually i want to be 115! i hope i can do it! i have like 100 dollars right now in cash and i want to spend all that on diet pills and stuff! i went to the doctors on friday cuz i wasn't feeling good! tummy problems and she recommmened me to a gi doctor! hoepfully they can get my insides straighten out!
hey need ya'll help! i want to buy alot of vitamins and weight loss pills! but i need to no what works and what doesn't! i want to get green tea pills! are they really worth it cuz they are so expensive! also what are pills give you energy and stuff and help loss weight! also a problem is i'm only 17 so i can't buy alot of the products cuz you need to be 18! i no a total downer! wel any advice is super helpful! leave comments!

tips:
- Drink a lot of water. Try for 10 cups a day. - Avoid food commericals on television and magazine ads. They'll trigger a crave! - Don't let food sit out. Put everything in the fridge or cabinets. Put the stuff that tempts you most in the back were you can't see it. - Toss tempting foods. If you live with anyone, be subtle and don't let them find it. If you throw anything in the trash, do it in small portions. If anyone looks through the trash for something lost you're busted. Pour liquids down the sink. Put ice cream in the sink, turn on hot water and let it melt. Feed it to your pet. If you have a food disposer in your sink use it to your advantage. If you live near any woods throw it in there. - Meditate. It will help you control yourself. - Keep yourself occupied. Have a list of things you can do besides eating. It can range from things like- clean bathroom, tan, take a bubble bath, paint nails. Plan out every day and target times in which you will be unoccupied. - Do something fun. Take your mind off food by visiting a park, pool, or amusement park. - Get plenty of sleep. If you do not get 8 or more hours of sleep, your appetite increases. - Never ever smell food or put it in your mouth. It may be just a 'chew and spit' thing this time, but next time, you may get carried away. - Get a fasting partner. If you have a real-life friend it would be great. However, online buddies work just as good. Check a pro-ana forum for fellow anas in your area to see if they would like to meet and fast together. - Take vitamins. You need nutrients to keep you feeling healthy. - Keep your eyes on the goal. At times you will feel like quitting remember not only your thinspiration but also inspiration. Something about the season Autumn really inspires me to keep at it. - If anyone find out that you are fasting tell them it is for religious purposes. - At the end of your fast, slowly introduce food back into your diet. A lot of people really screw up by binging and ruining all their hard work.

rules:do whatever you have to do to lose weight; eat less, workout more atelast 20 mins a day, update as often as possible, keep in touch with me by email! i'll email ya'll tips and guidelines for the day or week! and mayb a fast during the challenge! this is gonna be whatever you need to be successful! if someone gives me any advice or wants to fast a certain day i'll go along with ya'll and be there to help you thur it! we will become tiny and small! we will be perfect and envied by all!

so i can't sleep and i feel like such a failure! i am still dwelling on how bad i did the past couple of days! i hate myself! i havn't weight myself but i'm sure i am 126+...i hate it cuz i eat and eat and eat and i think i'm not gaining weight or not that much cuz i can't weight myself everyday cuz i don't have my own scale! my step mom does but i can't go into her room its just werid! and i like to weight myself in the morning before school cuz thats when your the lowest weight of the day! i think i'm gonna buy one! any suggustions on which is better and what the cost are! i don't wanna pay that much but i don't want a crappy one that won't work either!
about the challenge:
if you don't wanna join but still want me to email you that be fine too!
also if you just want to be a part of the goal to whoever loses the most weight and try to lose more than the other person thats fine too! i think that would be the most helpful to me!

oh ya i'm fasting til wednesday! well its kinda a fast! its a fruit fast! but i'm only gonna do fruit if i must! otherwise all on my own! i majorly need to lose some lbs! <3
