Well once again long time no see eh?? well let's see what I have here:

Just a reminder DO NOT DRINK ANYTHING THAT CONTAINS CALORIES!!!! that means no juice no tea made with sugar, no Koolaid made with sugar, and never ever ever ever drink a regular soda.  Just think you could eat a sandwich for the amount of calories that are in a soda!!! JEEZ COME ON AREN"T YOU SERIOUS ABOUT THIS???

Always blot your pizza-even if it is just cheese pizza.  That fat melts when heated, and you can get quite a bit of it if you try, also thin crust is the best choice, true it doesn't fill you up as much, but you'll eat less b/c sittng and eating 4 slices of pizza would just make you look like a fat ass pig, even if you aren't full-you should be.  Hey you're just gonna throw it up anyway right? Save yourself a little effort.

Eat sugar free jello.  A whole box has 20 calories.

Chicken broth has 25 calories per cup, eat it as if it were soup.  Put it in a thermos and enjoy-no one will know the difference-it even smells like soup.

Add a little red pepper to what you eat (especially if you are not going to purge OUCH) it speeds up the metabolism a bit.

Also I read in Self magazine over the weekend that 2 cups of coffee a day will burn 50 extra calories a day.  Every little bit helps right??

If you are at work or at school, skip to the bathroom and do a set of lunges-quick easy quiet. You'll feel better and it will wake you up!

Be careful Zantrex-3 has as much caffeine as 30 sodas.  That's a lot and could throw you into shock.

Also keep a little picture of some thinspiration with you.  Can you imagine MK eating what you are about to eat?? Hell no put it back fat ass.

Remember that purging absolutely suck, and so do laxatives, and you know good and damn well if you go and eat a big mess of food you are going to be in the bathroom sick out one or both ends.  Is it really worth it??

Buy a pair of jeans that are a size  too small and work on getting into them.  Try them on every night for inspiration-then when you do fit into them  COMFORTABLY NOT SQUEEZING YOUR FAT GUT OVER THEM-go buy the next smallest size and repeat.

Well guys sorry I have been away for so very long, but I have been really busy going to school full time and working full time as well.  Anyway here are some tips for ya!!!!

Always make sure you drink lots of water!! Why? well my friends when you purge you release a whole lot of fluid, and that can make you dehydrated, and cause kidney problems, which I have been having.

Zantrex-3 (the diet pill) has worked well for me here lately.  It does have a lot of caffiene which is good of you want to lose water weight, but it has a lot to the point that when you first start taking it-you fell pretty shitty.  Really dozzy light headed and heart pounding.  But once your body adjusts to the caffeine intake (as well as it becomes addicted)  you'll feel pretty ok! So when you take it drink the caffeine free diet cokes, and for god sakes no red bulls!!!

Salmon-this is great it is very low calorie (like 70 calories for 3 ounces) and it has no carbs AND it takes yummy!! Here's how to cook it

Buy it fresh (not canned duh!)

Wrap a cookie sheet in aluminum foil (to keep it from absorbing the fishy smell)

Sprinkle the fish with a little salt, lemon pepper seasoning and a (small) dash of garlic powder

Bake at 375 for about 25 minutes (depending on the sixe of the fish take it out and chick it with a fork when it is flaky it is done)

And enjoy!!! Add a baked potato with the calorie and fat free butter spray or (my favorie) smother you potato with A1 sauce!!!

Ok if you have long nails let's be frank-sticking you fingers down your throat hurts-used the rolled of toilet paper to keep from stabbing yourself and ruining your manicure!!!

This will probably be a short entry, b.c I have lots of work to do today.

Ok so I had someone ask me a question about counting calories, or calories from fat.

You always count all calories.  A calorie is a calorie.  If you don't burn it, that calorie will turn to fat. (quick fact)  Calories from fat-a gram of fat has about 9 calories in it.  So always count the whole calorie content!!

.Also a question about tooth decay-Well it cannot really be reversed, but you can help prevent it.  Always rinse with baking soda after purging to neutralize the acid, once again do not brush your teeth after wards it will grind the acid in and even speed up the process

There do have tootpastes now with liquid calcium that are supposed to rejuviante and restore enamel.  It's worth a try!!! I think Arm and Hammer makes it.

Remeber to focus on building muscle!! Muscle burn more calories when resting that fat. It takes more to maintain it, whereas fat is just lazy and needs nothing to exist!! Fat is lazy and needs to go away!!!!!

Don't always trust your exercise equipment when it calulates how many calories you burn!! Especially eliptical machines.  They are pretty new and haven't had enough research on them to verify that you are in fact burning million of calories!! BE CAREFUL!!

Find a hobby to keep you from eating! Take up ceramics, painting, sewing, crossstitch, scrapbooking, SPORTS!

Volunteer at an animal shelter! You'll be doing good fro the animals and keeping yourself busy!

Alrighty! What do we have today??? Well I have recieved even more tips from 'viewers like you' (he he) So here they are!!!

I live with my boyfriend who (this is gross but is an opportunity for me) goes to the bathroom after he eats and stays for quite a while.  I take this opportunity to purge what we ate in the kitchen sink, turn on the garbage disposal and let the hot water run a bit.  Then I do the dishes.  All he says afterwards is , "Hey thanks for doing the dishes."-Loving_Perfection

I agree with that one and I have done it a few times myself!

If you realy want to I guess you could purge in a bowl, well, in the shower. Then if any one walked in on you you can just stick your head out and kick them out of the bathroom, then dump in in the toilet.-xXxSkinGamesxXx

Now let's talk about coffee.  Coffee (black no milk sugar creamer etc) has practically no calories.  It is loaded with caffeine, which not only is a diuretic, but an appetite supressant, and a stimulant (boosting metabolism)  So pour a warm cup or two and drink up!!!  You won't want to eat much for a while after that!!
 
I know you have probably heard this a million times, but when you sit down to eat, do it slowly! Do not eat standing up, or in the car.  Make a plate, a drink, a napkin all part of your meal.  SIt down and REALLY taste everything you are eating savor evry bite slowly.  It will make you feel satisfied sooner, and you won't go back for seconds, or maybe you won't even finish what is on your plate.
 
Chewing and spitting:  This is great.  Especially if you are alone.  Simple no tricks involved.  Jut stick it in your mouth, chew it up, spit it out-repeat.  I recommend spitting into a glass with about an inch of water already in it.  Having a little water in the bottom of the glass helps to make the chewed up stuff plop out into the toilet (or garbage disposal) much much easier!!

Ok guys I recieved a couple of great tips over the weekend:

 a tip how to look all fresh after you purged. Well I don´t really know if it´s any help to anyone.
But after you purged and dried your eyes you should really use the Evian mosturizing spray. If you spray it all over your face you look like you just got home from a walk outside, all fresh again.

Another tip I got was from pinksplash, and it was to take your shirt off when purging, which is an excellent idea.  You will look kind of obvious coming out of the bathroom with splashed on you shirt, or even worse food chunks!!!

One of the biggest worries about purging is keeping it hidden.  You don't want anyone to find out right?? Right. so another tip to keep it quiet, is to purge in a bowl in the bathroom-no splashy noises!! Then dump it, rinse it and put it in the tub-if you are questioned why you have a bowl in the tub-just say you were mixing up a face mask or scub (see scrub recipe below)!!

Something I have heard circulating around is purging in the shower.  Now that would be the perfect situationif anyone walks in #1 you have the curtain and number 2 you hear no flushing of splashing and such, but the bad part is the shower cloggs really friggin easily!!! And how embarassing would it be if someone had to take a plunger to the drain and up came that spaghetti you ate??  Therefore I do not recommend doing this on a regular basis-ONLY IF NECESSARY!!!!

Now this may be a bit off topic, but I say even though we are obsessed with food and weight-doesn't mean we can't have great skin too!! I made an awesome scrub yesterday!!

WHat you mix:

Ground Coffee- WHY?-exfoliant and caffeine tightens the skin!!

A body wash or lotion-to clean and moisturize

YOU'LL HAVE SOFT SMOOTH SKIN!!!!!

Always beware of liquid calories!! Starbucks is tastey and cool, but always get nonfat and never get the Vanti-unless it is just black coffee!!  Milk is good for us, but even it has around 100 calories per cup AND they put syrup in (get the sugar free syrup and add splenda!!)  Watch out for juice! Again it's good for you but full of sugar and calories-even the light juices!!! Take vitamins instead (and no not the chewable flintstones itamins they haev sugar and calories!!!)
