So, I haven't posted since last year and you probably don't wanna read a book but I've blessed in so many ways I've decided to start with mid-december (I'll try to stay to the highlights). Well, most of you saw me (but probably don't remember) before braces and most (if not all) saw (and remember) me with braces but just before xmas my orthodontist was nice enough to take them off! And a few of you were priviledged to see me w/o my braces (and no retainer). I really, really, really dislike my retainer! Mainly because I have to eat with it on... and it needs to be tightened (the bottom one has flown out of my mouth like twice!) anyway, so that was exciting. I hope all of you had a superb xmas. I did! We (Hayley, Maggie and I)went to see Night at the Museum with our nieghbors and a friend. It was a great movie. I'd recomend it as a family movie. On my birthday or New Years Eve whichever you prefer, We finally saw the Prestige and we went home cleaned the house, had my family party and I was too tired to watch to watch the ball drop, so after playing a game with my dad we went to bed... I hope you're all enjoying 2007 so far! So we've been really busy.... jan. 4 is my cousin Emma's b-day, Caleb (my bro)'s b-day is jan. 5 and my mom's b-day is jan 7! Then my parents anniversary was the following week. And I have resently found a new hobby. Every Friday night we go to the Pine Tree Gun Club in RI and shoot. We didn't even have to pass a safty course or anything. They showed us how to unlock, load, lock, hold and use the sights on a gun. They gave us "eyes" (glasses) and "ears" (ear plugs) and gave instruction and we got to shoot at targets! It's fun but your arms get sore after a while. Since I'm only a beginner, I have only gotten to shoot in the laying position. We shoot 22's i think and I've already gotten a couple bullseyes! And we finally saw the Lake House. I liked it and didn't think it was confusing.... Hayley may think otherwise.... In youth group we went to Laser Wars which was ok cause it was clean and new but the course was really small and on sunday morning Peter Blasie spoke during youth group and it was weird. He was funny but in a strange way. Oh, and we are finally getting our new youth pastor! That game against the Colts was some game... I can't beleive Coldwell kept dropping the ball! But they were all such good sports about it. So, I can't remember the other things I had so you're gonna get off easier than I planed but it is your choice to read this anyway... So, yesterday we had a debate practice tournament. And, for the first time, I had fun debating! Amazing, I know! I ranked 4 with LD speaker points, which Mom says is good, but, there were only 6 of us... But we got up at like 5:00 and drove to Manchester with the Cloutiers, got lost, but still arrived on time... Our van windows were all frosted over.... it was weird (and freezing!). Right before my 5th round I was waiting around outside the room where Matt and I would be debating and RJ, who was with Matt, well, lets just say was up to no good. But it was pretty funny. And little Patrick is one of the cuttest little boys I know! We just signed up for S.U.N tournament. Anyway, I'll try to start posting more often now.... Hope all is well!
