RULES:
1) Support the other girls. It's not a contest, its a CHALLENGE. You're opponent is yourself. Everyone including myself is only doing this to achieve their own goal weight.
2) Don't lie about it. I personally don't care if you do, because you're only cheating yourself.
3) KEEP TRACK OF YOUR POINTS. Everyday you must either be adding or subtracting from your total point number. Keep it all in a right side module if that's easiest for you, or write it down on a peice of paper. But you MUST keep track, this is the point of the challenge.
                    (if you need help with a right side module, IM me, or leave your e-mail address in
                       a comment, i'll send you the code myself.)
4) There is going to be a weekly weigh in, since most of you thought it a good idea. Fridays from 12pm to Saturday 12pm, please comment with this update each week:

If you're going to be away, no big deal. Just keep track of your points, then tell me later. When you come back on Friday to post your point number, I want ALL OF THEM. Not just for the past week, but since the challenge began. You never start your number over, you just keep adding/subtracting to the same one. As of this moment, everyone's number is 0.

If you miss a weekly weigh in, it's ok. Just wait for the next one, don't bother trying to get it to me during the week. If you failed to get it to me between Friday and Saturday, then wait for the next one. Your CW will just be blank for a week, no biggie. If you miss the weigh ins/point posts 2 weeks in a row, without telling everyone a head of time, you won't be deleted, but your spot will be availible to someone else. But it's so important, you MUST get your points here, please && thank you.

If you decide today (6/1) that you do not want to take part in the challenge, or even have uncertainty, go ahead and drop out. I'm sure there are other girls who'd like your spot!

i also revised the points for the daily intake. it was a little ridiculous before, but now i think it's just right. not too easy, but not impossible.
