EDIT :: Its true - I caved into peer pressure. Muchas gracias, dear
friends who were so not cooperative and very doubtful of this whole "no
drinking" policy. The duration of my alcohol celibacy lasted until the
night of 1/20/05. Really... I couldnt have done it without you guys
cheering me on - "drink. drink. drink. no irene.. drink!" Dude, Im so
weak.
i have made a mandatory rule for myself
NO ALCOHOL WILL TOUCH THESE LIPS FOR THE NEXT 2 WKS
why slap myself with this ridiculous nonsense? bc i want to practice
self control and show those doubters up - like booyah. also i had a "do
not ever want to repeat"
experience due to the over comsumption of alcoholic substances last
nite after le prive. also i havent given my body a rest for 3 wks - 13
out of 21 days
i gave my body no mercy. well, maybe it couldve been more days, but for
5 days i was on my death bed due to the aftermath of strenuous nye
partying, and then sundays
are a no go cuz its a holy day. its been like a very long spring break
in the wintertime. and also, the next day i alwaise feel like someone
beat the shit outa me. why 2 wks? its a long time but not so
long that i will have a bad run in with withdrawl. also there are no
more bdays for
the month of january (well my brother's and dad's, but i shouldnt get
wasted on those occassions altho my dad mite), but then in feburary it
starts
again (how can i not participate in the bday activities with my
dear lovelies, how?) but and so till then... I CAN DO IT!
