Hiya everyone! I'm here in England on holiday visiting some dear old friends. We are in Wheatley which is right outside of Oxford. I've had a lovely time shopping and sightseeing all around town. We head to Bath tomorrow to see the Roman Baths and Stonehedge. Promises to be quite exhilarating! Here are a few photos of what we have been doing.

Well my dear friends, Ciao. Forgive me for letting it get this long between postings, life is quite hectic at the moment.
What can I say, Italy is more than I ever dreamed it would be. It's crazy, frustrating, amazing, wonderful, and all at times makes you want to cry. There is such a deep sense of tradition here. They have done the same thing for hundreds of years the same exact way that their fathers did it and their fathers before them. I know I am here for a purpose, I know I am. I just don't know what that purpose is yet. God is so great though, I feel at such peace because I know that He has it all in the palm of His hands. I'm just enjoying the ride right now. For instance; tonight we went to an international bazaar at the NATO base. All the internationals at the base were representing. We had reps from Greece, Hungary, America, England, Romania, Germany, Holland, Turkey, France, and Italy. In the food tent they had bands playing all day and by the time we arrived it was Greek time. So I had a meal from Hungary, a drink from England ( Pimms, great stuff), and I learned to dance Greek style. A Greek man danced by and grabbed me and pulled me up onto the stage. It was incredible! They dance just like you see in the movies. Opah!
I've learned that there is a whole big world out there. There is more to life than shopping malls and Burger Kings( which I miss at times, I'll be honest.). I was eating dinner with a family from France, a family from England, and a lady from Romania. We were all there speaking the same language. People from different families, different back-rounds, different cultures. And yet, we were able to come together to laugh, talk, and have fun. God surely does have the whole world in his hands.
I'll leave you all now knowing that I miss you greatly and that God is working, if not already, on a plan that will fit you to a tee. Just trust Him, I know it's hard, God and I have been working on trust and patience, but, by all the waiting and trusting a marvelous and miraculous plan will form for you. Delayed gratification my friends.

Ciao
  Hannah

Well, the time has come.

My last week spent in America was fabulous.

I took my last walk through Down Town.

I had my last Starbucks.

I took my last trip to base.

I took my last run around the moat top.

I said good-bye to my dearest friends and family.

There are alot of lasts here, but there are so many firsts ahead of me. Today I get on my plane. I love you all dearly, and I will miss you even more.

Ciao

Overwhelmed, have you ever felt overwhelmed? I was standing in the card section of the PX today overwhelmed. There are cards out there for every occasion. Cards for your mother's brother twice removed to lost his dog, or cards for your secretary's dead plant. People must look at me like I'm crazy when standing in a card section because I start talking to myself and giggling. I once found myself in a completely quiet Hallmark store giggling and chuckling out loud.

Our packers arrived today, talk about being overwhelmed. It's overwhelming to watch all of your things being packed away and shipped off. I have to admit though, there is nothing like the smell of brand new boxes and packing tape. Although, it makes you very self conscious to see all of your "stuff" packed up like that. Sometimes I feel like if the boat flipped and it all fell off it would really be ok. People look at my like I'm crazy when I tell them the I've moved 9 times. Maybe I am, but, I wouldn't trade it for the moon.

On Saturday I leave for WSS and I would love lots of letters and care packages! I will miss it here. This is my home. There is always adventure in a new place, but there is always sadness when saying goodbye. So let's not say goodbye, say see you later.
