I went to a nutrition lecture at my work today and something the nutritionist said was that if you eat a good breakfast (complex carbs + a little protein), you're fuller longer so you're less prone to binge eat junk food later. If you skip breakfast or just drink juice/coffee (simple carbs = digested very quickly, no sustained energy level), your body is actually fighting the whole day to get sugar, which explains cravings for chips and candy (processed foods that are quick but not really good for you).
Jesus is like a balanced breakfast. If I get enough of Him then I feel full, I'm not starved for anything else. Like I usually love hanging out with my friends til late, but after I spend time in His presence I am satiated and I just want to stay in with Him. God is mm mm good!
So two things: eat a good breakfast, and spend lots of time with Jesus.
