• Wow, i hate Texas this time of year. You go outside for 5 minutes and the life gets sucked out of you! Blaaaaaaaaah. I have a headache.
• I saw "Wall-E" this morning! Finally! I have to admit it was a pretty darn cute movie! ... I need a little Wall-E action figure to sit on my desk or something.
• On the way to the theater, Richard and i were discussing the fact that their cat went missing serveral weeks ago. He wants to go adopt a kitten from the pound. If it's a girl we'll call her Eve and if it's a boy we'll call him Walle. LOL
• Can i just say that i'm seriously looking forward to the X-Files movie coming out in 2 days! *squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeal!*
• I've got it in my head that i want to buy a laptop. Do i need a laptop? Probably not. But Best Buy has a 24 months deal right now, so maybe i will. Maybe, maybe.
• I think Beth and i are going to go look in a bit. If i can stand to brave the heat again.
• Just realized that today would have been my Grandma's 101st birthday...
• *sniffle*
• Anyways.
• I can't think of anything else to ramble on about. I need a tall glass of cold water and some advil. Right. This. Instant. Then maybe my brain will work.

well, it wasn't as terrible as i expected it to be. we each made about $225 each ($450+ total). i still have a big box of books and VHS tapes to drag over to Half Price Books. and we're gonna call CCA to come get what was left of the clothes and other small junk.

i am dead tired. after 3 days out in the heat, i'm not going outside again for about a week!  unless it's to immediately junp into the pool.

let me tell you... sorting crap for a garage sale is NO FUN. particularly when it's like 98 degrees outside and humid as heck! ... pretty sure this is the one and only garage sale i am ever having in my life time.

it just ain't worth it!

i made the cranberry oatmeal cookies that are on the back of the Ocean Spray Craisins bag... but instead of white chocolate chips i used dark chocolate ones. not half bad! (she says, 3.5 cookies later )

as i was leaving earlier i saw something move in the plants... took a closer look and saw a teeny tiny 1.5" long Green Anole. it's not until i got the pictures on my computer that i noticed the 2nd little guy sitting right behind the first one!!!! soooooo cuuuuuuuute!
