Wow! So yeah, I have not updated for awhile.  I am hardly on the computer anymore.  There is so much more things you can do than just sit in front of a computer screen all the time.

The summer and fall have gone by very quickly.  It is so amazing how much faster time goes by as you get older.
For those of  you who do not know, I have a new job.  I am now working at Boone's Power Equipment.  I just about whatever they tell me to do.  I am a sales assistant.  It is going really well and I am really enjoying it.  Right now we are working on getting all the Christmas toys and stuff set up.  And also staying caught up with our normal business.  It is a challange but it has been really good for me.   The job came at a perfect time.   I almost had to choose between two different jobs but God sent me right where he wanted me to be and I thank him for it.

School is going well.  Five more weeks than christmas break.  I am ready for it.  It has been a hard semester.

I have been learning so much lately.  Especially these last several weeks.  I have been involved with the Campus Crusaders for Christ at my school.  A couple weeks ago I went to the campus crusade fall retreat.  It was awesome.   I would encourage anyone who can to go to any of their retreats.  I learned so much.  The speaker was Mark Sweany.  He was really good.  He is a kind man with a real heart for God.   God has just been revealing so much to me lately.  I struggle with wanting to have complete control over everything.  God is teachng me that I cannot do anything on my own and that I must and can only trust and rely on Hm.  I have been thinking about so many things lately.  I just want to serve God in everythng I do.  During my spring break I have the oppertunity to go to Rome for a week on a mission trip.  I am really praying about this.  If we are able to go, we would be going to the collages there and talking to other collage students about Christ.  I think it would be an awesome experience and I would be serving God and spreading the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.  Please pray for me that I will seek God's will in what he wants me to do and where I should go.

Please pray for my friend Shelly, she has a lot going on in her life right now.  She lost her parents when she was 3 and she is pretty much on her own.  I don't know if she is a christian, I believe she is right on the edge.  She is struggling.  Please pray that I will be a living example of our Lord.  Please pray for Jeremy as he is working two jobs right now.  His new job is very demanding and he has alot of responsibility all ready.  He is pretty much the supervisor at the moment.  And also pray for my friend Andy.  He also is going through a hard time and I'm not sure if he is a christian.   Please pray that  both Andy and Shelly will open their hearts to God and His word and for Jeremy as he continues to grow in Christ.  We all need to open our hearts more to God and listen to what he is trying to tell us.

Here are some verses that have been speaking to me lately and really mean alot to me.  Just read them, they are awesome.  They are powerful....

    Isaiah 40:31
But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up as wings of eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk and not be faint.

    Eph. 6:6-7
Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will  of God from the heart; With good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men.

    Rom. 12:1-2
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.  And that you be not conformed to this world: but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is good and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

  • I am so tired.  I feel so drained both physically, mentally, and emotionally.  Maybe I'm working to hard. I don't know.  I need a lot of sleep...

My sweet, cute little angels. They are my adopted babies...I love them to death.
