Ever since I discovered them accidentally around the early 90's, it was only by recent googling I came to realize these strange off-world and seemingly out of time transmissions heard in common shortwave-able radios are filled with assumptions mainly aligned towards government spies said to use them as one-way communication sources filled with hidden messages. With likely assumptions, number stations are still, generally, a mystery and is rarely talked about. I also found out that I was not the only one (yet again) drawn by their spooky yet hypnotic string of numbers and phonetic letters voiced by varying speeches and intonations usually by women, men and even little girls. Voice characterizations I can only describe as something very quaint, spooky, twilight zone-esque, that in time I grew quite a liking and stimulating enough that I consider playing them as I sleep, establishing what nightmares such sounds can procure.

<object classid="clsid:d27cdb6e-ae6d-11cf-96b8-444553540000" codebase="http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=7,0,0,0" ="" id="xspf_player" align="middle" height="170" width="400"> <param name="movie" ="" value="http://www.archive.org/audio/xspf_player.swf?autoload=true&playlist_url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.archive.org%2Faudio%2Fxspf-maker.php%3Fidentifier%3Dird059"> <embed quality="high" ="" src="http://www.archive.org/audio/xspf_player.swf?autoload=true&playlist_url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.archive.org%2Faudio%2Fxspf-maker.php%3Fidentifier%3Dird059" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" bgcolor="#e6e6e6" name="xspf_player" allowscriptaccess="sameDomain" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" ="" align="middle" height="170" width="400">
Recordings of shortwave numbers stations from archive.org
I'm Bookoo Dinki Dau!

As our country celebrates Labor Day yesterday, several hundreds of people protested under the hellish heat of the Sun to oust the current emperor of the present Galactic Empire who happens to be half-hobbit, half-Ewok and has the "precious" economy of this country by its knees. During these moments of exercised freedom, I was at home spending the ghoulish morning and afternoon fighting communists in Vietnam who are as tenacious as the protesters which were mixed by left-wing parties waving red flags on the streets showing much "dissatisfaction" towards our government and of course the United States. These left-wing groups are usually maintained by your typical U.P. students harvesting the benefits of government-paid education.

Before I went to celebrate the Worker's Holiday at my friend's house, I had long and bloody battle against the N.V.A. and the Viet-Congs, Charlies, Mr. Charles in a video game called Battlefield: Vietnam.

I always enjoy the pre-mission 1960's era rock n' roll music like the Letter by Box Tops, and other bands of the time such as, Jefferson Airplane, Deep Purple, The Guess Who, Canned Heat and many more. With this summer heat around and commies protesting on the streets, the magic works almost perfectly and it feels like your actually one of the guys who served during this controversial war...

In a historical mission called Operation Irving, we were dropped via huey helicopters on a small fishing village just opposite our island, quite similar to the scene in the movie, Apocalypse Now only this time without the surfing, the eccentric general and Ride With the Valkyries music to scare the VC's. It's just plain and simple firefight and ground control which was all in all good because the enemy does not care and would gladly fire their stingers and RPG's without hesitation. We lost 3 men before we even landed as SA-7 stingers hit one of our helicopters, but we eventually took hold of the island with the help of napalm - but that's because I love the smell of napalm in the morning...uh, or in the afternoon.

As I had my lunch by noon, the anti-government groups accompanied by left-wing protesters started eating root crops like kamote (sweet potatoes), bean soup, and water with salt, to show our government of a world without rice and sky-high prices, they also started eating fish heads instead of the whole thing. I felt sorry for the old folks who were there and theres just no hiding how society had deteriorated here. They were protesting, and they really meant it, and it got me - nothing political just simple human compassion.

Don't get me wrong I still hate commies, but not much as I hate Arabs who have an uncanny fetish for beating up Filipino overseas workers, and sodomizing clean-shaven peoples.

Wednesday, April 30, 2008

Its funny because I do this everytime I don't get the lyrics.

Colorful Ascension

There is still no sign of Reverend Adelir Antonio

It's impressive how the government can divert people's attention from the true issue at hand by starving them. The president, for a woman of her well, "stature", reminds me of "Brain" from Pinky and the Brain, although not that globally ambitious, shes quite an extreme elitist nevertheless. An example of this is by turning several rice fields into golf courses for her new powerful friends - The Chinese. Recently, without her people's consent of course, our Chinese neighbors have stationed around the Spratly Islands just a few nautical miles away from Palawan in the South China sea. The islands themselves have been claimed by neighboring countries, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Taiwan. Smacked in the middle of the already divided islands - too small to be inhabited - are divided by the countries mentioned. Strange that China would sit their fishing/oil vessels on ours (as seen in the news) comfortably waving on the news crew like tourists and friendly pie-in-hand neighbors, without any concern of territorial dispute or an intervention from our step-dad, the United States. It appears our economical "savior" did her job well and is reforming us to who knows what.

Without drought problems or floods caused by typhoons, it is unusual that we'd be having this problem. The farmers themselves claim that the harvest is as good, and there hasn't been any shortage problem. It is almost surreal to discover we're buying rice from the Americans - who don't grow rice - and actually wake up one day and find out this is true..

Hypothetical Conflict

The following presentation you are about to see doesnot condone unnecessary angst to the countries, China and Tibet ortowards me. There have been things, or should I say, duties I am staying away from and
I also came to realize I grunt at the most mundane tasks. Today I'm
having a slight headache from thinking too much or too little and probably
due to the sudden change in temperature patterns here in the Philippines. Anyway I
decided I'd stay in my room for the rest of the day, clean my mind with all the negativity. But upon doing so, I untintentionally glanced at my small clone trooper figure which stood inside a bookshelf opposite my bed, and I find it quite
strange and appropriate that I'd be looking at it (if it was not looking at me
first :| ) with my mind questioning loyalty and obedience issues to some very
important people in my life. Remembering them from the movies, I know how these clones are, their devotion, unswerving loyalty, and obedient cannon fodders
- always the first to die in battle are impressive qualities - qualities I am
having a hard time "getting" (well...except for the first to die, part anyway) without letting a few interjections slip off me.

Looking at it, I began to imagine what if God made me
and bred me with a mind with limited autonomy? Perhaps I wouldn’t be too much
mixed with emotions that I find very unnecessary, and of course thoughts that might lead
me to the wrong direction even though it feels right. I sometimes hope I wasn’t
too individualistic and aware of it and listened and obeyed more to my parents without question so I wouldn’t be much of a victim to wrong
decisions as I had made in the past.
Why is life so complicated despite the simplicity that is all around us?

But even that, I doubt everything around us is actually that simple...

I know this kind of pondering is somewhat out of a mad scientist planning to create men and turning them into machines shutting off certain aspects we can distinguish as human, like our emotions, and certain cravings or weaknesses, eliminating them from our genes forever, making us beyond normal physical human limits void of weaknesses. Although if we were without human weaknesses, what would relativity change for us? What would God replace to a man who does not possess His divinely defined specs and customized normal human frailty He gave each and every one of us?

Conspiracy vs. Conspiracy

One of my chief interests in life is figuring out reality
least likely to be consider real. I will sit in front of the computer for a
long time reading stuff we normally will never have the chance of knowing
anywhere else. An example of this was Al Bielek’s CD recording, his supposed
time and extradimensional travel accounts, his involvement with the Montauk
Project and Philadelphia Experiment, alien-human collaborations and tremendous
amount of missing person records in the United States who are never found and never
seen - again. I understand that most of
the proper nouns stated back there do not sound familiar, and quite honestly much
of the accounts I have heard in the recordings are quite absurd. However, this
is maybe or primarily due to the circumstances they are founded on are part of
an unpopular culture – a developed story involving conspiracy theories as a
basis of its existence, which in turn are laden with doubt and suppressed
greatly by the reality we came to know, believe, love, and wake up everyday with.

I for one would not be able to sleep well at night if I knew first-hand that
the government was creating “portals” that opened doors to other dimensions. I
just saw Stephen King’s The Mist and if you’re familiar with real-life Project
Arrowheads like the infamous Montauk Project which the novel had references
from, most readers might pretty much end up scratching their heads, the least, if the whole
issue doesn’t insult certain aspects of intelligence. These and
everything else I find very interesting topics. Sadly, I am limited to talk about
it because such things are unheard of this side of the planet and most people
are already too busy trying to figure out our own government conspiracies, and
our very own version of aliens who we call, politicians.

mine believes that we did not land on the Moon. My friend believes this mainly
because Star World (Asia's version of Fox) (?) made a really elaborate and interesting TV show about the Moon Hoax some time ago. I on the other hand have
heard of the Moon Hoax before and unlike many conspiracy theory fans out there
I don’t believe this hoax/claim. We had a debate that did not last long mainly
because I just find the whole matter uninteresting, with reasons like the “no
stars” in the background, the ripples seen in the American flag erected by the
astronauts and so on.

It is obvious especially those adept in photography that it
is hard to catch lesser lighted objects in the presence of brighter objects,
the same reason we do not see stars at the daytime. The pictures show the
reflection made by lunar soil alone is enough to hide dimmer lighted stars
especially for cameras in the 1960’s, although if the astronauts landed on the
dark side of the moon where it is seemingly eternal
night the question could have been a little more accurate. Another famous issue is
the ripples in the flag which some people believe to be the presence of wind.
It’s funny enough that the puppetmasters
in NASA would be careless to create a multi-million dollar “movie” only to
be ruined by 'breeze' and leave it unedited especially if the mistake was made
on one of the most iconic flag in history which is the American flag.

The following explanation was taken from NASA regarding the ripple effect:

Pictures of Apollo astronauts
erecting a US
flag on the Moon show the flag bending and rippling. How can that be? After
all, there's no breeze on the Moon....

Not
every waving flag needs a breeze -- at least not in space. When astronauts were
planting the flagpole they rotated it back and forth to better penetrate the
lunar soil (anyone who's set a blunt tent-post will know how this works). So of
course the flag waved! Unfurling a piece of rolled-up cloth with stored angular
momentum will naturally result in waves and ripples -- no breeze required!

<![endif]-->The best rebuttal to allegations of a "Moon
Hoax," however, is common sense. Evidence that the Apollo program really
happened is compelling: A dozen astronauts (laden with cameras) walked on the
Moon between 1969 and 1972. Nine of them are
still alive and can testify to their experience. They didn't return from the
Moon empty-handed, either. Just as Columbus
carried a few hundred natives back to Spain
as evidence of his trip to the New World,
Apollo astronauts brought 841 pounds of Moon rock home to Earth. ~ NASA

For any conspiracy theorist, it is extremely disappointing
whenever there is a more valid explanation than what they are trying to prove
from supposedly reading between the lines. Much like the issue of September 11 (9-11) who some purported
to be the US
government’s own handiwork. Another issue I just find hard to stomach and a
conspiracy I just LOVE to HATE.

However there is one significant question that remains as a
disappointment that we can all agree on and this is how come there hasn’t been much development in Space Travel? One
terrifying story involves an Astronaut Edwin Eugene “Buzz” Aldrin during his voyage de dans la Lune (Trip to the
moon). A respected astronaut, Col. Aldrin claims that there were others on the moon before Apollo 11 and
by the presence of structures and numerous sightings it seemed to appear they were
there for quite sometime. They thought it was the Soviets at first, but as
described by the astronauts and the astronauts who landed there later on from
different moon missions claim it was not human. Such allegations can only be
acquired from the astronauts themselves and are usually hesitant to talk about
it except for Buzz Aldrin who has nurtured the experience sharing it despite
several “life-altering” attempts. Pro-Moon landing conspiracy theorists have
also done a great help in improving the clouded history of extraterrestrials and
in the process the lunar landing fact. Complex and simple we may see things,
astronauts are as curious as the man of the street and are haunted by the same
question, “Are we alone out there?”

Were US Astronauts Ordered
Not To Report UFOs & Aliens?
"We have contact
with alien cultures."
--Astronaut Dr. Brian O'leary

"We all know that UFOs are real. All
we need to ask is where do they come from, and what do they want?"
--Apollo 14 Astronaut Capt. Edgar Mitchell

"Mission
control, we have a UFO pacing our position, request instructions!"
-- Astronaut Cady Coleman NASA transmission shuttle mission STS-73

"In my official status, I cannot
comment on ET contact. However, personally, I can assure you, we are not
alone!”
--Charles J. Camarda (Ph.D.) NASA Astronaut

"All Apollo and Gemini flights were
followed, both at a distance and sometimes also quite closely, by space
vehicles of extraterrestrial origin - flying saucers, or UFOs, if you want to
call them by that name. Every time it occurred, the astronauts informed Mission Control, who then ordered absolute silence."
--Maurice Chatelain, former chief of NASA Communications Systems.

I believe we are not alone. I’m just not that lame or
arrogant to say we are alone, but I am not going to say who exactly is out
there if they are in fact out there and not already with us and among us. Based
on my experience I have witnessed some things that are unexplainable.
Unexplainable to a degree that it is not necessarily void of explanation but
are just beyond the present state of understanding and whether the explanation
itself justifies the experience or merely just adds more questions furthering
the confusion – a realization that there are more missing parts of the puzzle.

Dysfunctional House Music

        We have come to
a time where technology is changing rapidly and in the process
we are carried by such innovation that reaching towards the future is faster
than we expect. This is something I am hesitant to follow so I strapped
myself with a chain ball of the old world so
it'd be harder for the winds of change to carry me. People ask "Why such a jerk? ". Truth is, I do not know. But just because something is "In" doesn't mean I have to
follow it. I'm your personal timecop, priviledged enough to be armed
against a decisive, low-intensity psychological conflict that is
modernism and not reduced to be a creature only defined as a zombie.
What can I say?

This new version of Modern society is what I call a wannabe.
I'm saying, everything tries to be something aligned to whatever they
confirm and strictly to only what they understand. Commercialism is
everywhere, filled with promises and guarantees it tries to imply, littering the streets and buildings with massive posters of tampons, shampoos, that seemingly and humorously sold especifically for giants.

Nothing seems to last long enough too, as modern society feeds on money, they will
eventually change everything that has already been made, calling it fancy names, versions, models and such. Even the
word "Modern" is old. Now there is a chance it'll be replaced by "Nano", or "Synth", like animals, as science explains, "With every new species discovered, there are those that die out - lost forever."
However, I do not live in a hive and I don't consider myself as a mere
animal or a single celled organism. I believe change has much to depend
on the things they would "change". A new "thing" cannot survive without
relying on its antecessors so basically it is the other way around.

   Today I will try to
explain one thing I do not like in modern society. As a music lover I am
deeply affected by today's music. I think music today is generally
unimaginative, repetitive and heavily lined-up with singers whos voices
are clones, meaning artists and rockers who's voices are quite the
similar with one another. There are many things in modern music I
cannot stand, one of these is House music. If you don't know what it
is, then I envy such innocence.
House music is normally heard in places where the lights are switched
off, or interestingly switched down to a minimum to be replaced with UV
florescent bulbs and colored lights - I would only define amazing and
surreal if I was a 3 three year old child. Speaking of a 3 year old
child, House music is also like a child getting hold of his own
keyboard instrument using every button of the instrument so that he can
hear about just any sound available to it and later mixing them up
making his own Platinum-worthy record.

I also came to realize or
observe that bad music has a company much like a raver always come with
another weirdo who just had too much 'E'. Maybe this is to escape the
harsh reality of life while indulging his or her senses in the harsh
reality of musical death. This said bad company is called a remix.
A remix is usually a famous song that basically sucks, meaning the song
is usually about how rich the singer is or how many men or women he/she
has had because he/she is such a awful artist who works out his/her
body instead of juicing up his/her mind of any artistic references (if
there's actually one inside). This type of music's probability of
survival in the Billboard is equivalent to man suffering from
short-term memory (like the Guy in the movie, Memento). A remix is an
awful music redone with the help of more bad music (sometimes a really good song inside massacred by muderous beats) to probably make the
worst possible tune to ever grace in humanity's air waves and ear
drums. Some of my friends love it, or at least pretend to, mainly
because the opposite sex tend to be attracted to glorified senseless
noise.

Anyway to any parent out there,
I would like to warn you that if your son or daughter is acting a
little weird like, staring into nothingness,
tongue out, elbows up, knees bend, feet apart, either that, he might be
suffering from drug addiction, he could also be in love,
demon-possessed or simply listening 'House' music.
