日以肯定的語氣「釋法」，指發布裸照給不相識的陌生網友即屬犯法，但私下傳送給朋友則屬清白。黃又以一連串生動的自問自答來讓網民釋懷，「如果你將這些色
情物品」傳送給別人，「而那人是你的老友記，大家認識了很久，大家一起看，或者說：『好正喎！畀個Copy我得唔得呀？』這是可以的，不犯法的」。
黃隨後的話卻令部分曾上載淫照的網民膽戰心驚，他說：「若你（把裸照）公布給公眾人士，就是犯法了！」那何謂「公眾人士」？黃福全繼而清楚界定「公眾人
士」即是「你不認識的人」。他說：「大家可以用一般常識想一想，互聯網上的網友……是不是你老友？是不是公眾人士？」黃解答說：「絕大部分網友都是公眾人
士，因為你是不認識他們的。」 |

haven't been updates for like two months, but yeah... a lot of things happened.... kinda keep my hands full all these times.... i went to san francisco with kristin in may, it was gorgeous.... went to pretty much every places that you would go in the bay area except for shopping.... golden gate, fishermen wharf, pier 39, napa, yosemite, stanford, and GOOGLE... haha... i think kristin already put some of the pictures up on facebook.... the SF trip was really nice, met a lot of people, thanks ar tsim!!! is good to see everyone that are doing very well in san francisco area.. =)
after that SF trip, i was pretty screwed, cuz my CFA level 2 exam was in june 2nd, and i was not remotely close to ready when i steped into the testing center... i think i did alright, at least got all the quanlitatively questions correct, only God knows how i did on those concept questions...
anywayz... otehr thing i would think of are... i went up to cornell for graduation and also attended the bentley ones... good luck to silvana, and to all those other graduates...
