| so, i know you're all DYING to hear how it happened.... we drove all day to get to vegas by 8, and we did. I had no idea where we were going until we pulled into the valet parking at the Bellagio, which is only my favorite hotel in vegas! we walked in and stopped at Olives, which is the really classy restaraunt that has the balcony overlooking the water show. Guess where we sat? right in the front of the balcony, right in the middle. it was perfect! we got to see all the water shows while we ate dinner. dessert was slightly disasterous, since i ate a huge walnut and my mouth started burning, but i got over it :) when they had cleared everything off the table, Rich came over to my side of the table and got down on one knee, and placed the ring on the table in front of me. I don't really remember what he said because I was trying so hard not to cry. But I remember that I said yes, and that I kissed him and everyone on the balcony started clapping. it was really the most perfect night ever! and my ring is amazing! and i'm just the happiest person on earth! | | |
