Good Weekend

This weekend kicked ass. So Saturday i worked and messed around. Went with Sweder and Curtis to Friendlys then Ruby Tuesday.

Sunday i got a taste of the Turnpike for the first time. I was in my pop's Explorer and was too far out when i had to get the ticket. i almost missed it. Its pretty crazy, i was doing like 65-70 the whole time and people were flying by me. Merging is tricky. But we went to IKEA to get a computer desk and chair. OMFG that place is huge. Its like Home depot for house stuff. But yeah, if you can't find what you want there u have issues.

Today was fun. FBLA and filmed some stuff. Gresh was in this tight shirt, i was in this white thing and kevin in the pants and sweatshirt. Lauren filmed it. Looks good. I'll prly stick the whole thing with outakes on google vids if they want. Kinda funny. So yeah.

Today, MARCH 7 was the GREATEST DAY OF MY LIFE.........

I finally got my liscense!!!!!!! Went @9am and got it first try. Hell yeah baby.

Then the rest of the day went beautfully and work was amazing. Its all about the people.

I hate looking at pictures from when i was a mere child. I despise it, loathe it.

For Speiser's class (TV production) we had to bring in like 10 pictures of ourselves and such. One of them is a picture from Roslyn Elementary School, Kindergarten or something like it. In the one part i'm there beaming, and next to me is this one kid. This kid has big glasses and looked a bit different then all of us, and talked differently. Throughout school even up to freshman year he'd be teased. Non stop, from the bus, school, bus year after year. He had turrets and was a little bit slower then some. Practically no one did anything, and i didn't either. Once or twice when other kids were messing with him i'd do something, but i was a Pu$$\| and really wouldn't do too much in fear of suspension.

Looking back on it now i feel terrible. Why didn't i try and help the little guy out? I remember always I TOO was that weird kid, hell, i was named Chip and people thought it was odd. Like i was always teased and pushed around by the "popular" kids through the elementary stages and somewhat in junior high. It was almost like i was trying to gain the attention of the "popular" kids and trying to get them to notice me so i can be included.

But that poor kid has nothing. He had a few friends but everyone was "too cool" for him. I just feel bad since like i didn't do anything and just let it all play out. I haven't seen or talked to him in a while, i really do hope he is doing well and comes back some day and whoops us all, including myself, and gets us back making us envy him.

Moral of the story here, don't gossip or try and play mr cool guy, but remember the little guy. We all know one that weird kid at lunch or something. Just pull him/her over and say something. Believe me i was there before, it really makes a world of a difference just those few words, to feel excepted and wanted by people. Also, put yourself in the kids shoes, how do u think it feels to be him or her? getting teased all day and downtrodden. It sucks. Even today i'm kind of a loner person outside of school, i keep to myself and mess around on this. I'm not saying to Love the everyone and be communists, but just try and make those less fortunate feel wanted, help them out, save them from themselves because lonliness sucks.

YEAH BABY. I PASSED honors precalc! I got a 77 for the second MP and a 64 for the final. so i got a 71 for the final grade. OMG i'm relieved. no more math....
