  • V270723 im so stressed with everything that i think i will go nuts.i cant relax no matter what. im still in my  130's but i exercise every day and i feel that i lost inches my clothes aren't so tight anymore.i try to eat every 3-4 hours not to get hungry.i hope by april i will be 100.from today i will exercise 1 hour every day and not eat after 6 in the afternoon.and run every evening 1 mile.i dont know why i cant run more.after 1 mile im dead.i cant breathe anymore and my head is spinning and i see a lot of starsssssssss.geeeeeezzzzzzzzzzzz.kisses.

  • my great grandmother died.im so upset.she suffered her entire life.i think now she can rest in peace.you must think im crazy for saying that but im happy she died.she said all the time i want to die,i was not happy not even for a second in my life.poor woman.when she was 18 ahe got married and after a couple of months her husband left for war and dissapeared there.he never came home.she was pregnant and alone.had no home,no relatives,her parents were dead.thats no life.i feel very very sorry for her and for her life because it was so hard for her.i couldnt do anything these days just think how life sucks.my weight 61 kg-134pounds.in not happy.

    today:mashed patatoes with fried meat+2 pieces of french toast+1 slice of cake-i made it light-1500cal total

    exercise:100 burnt on the elliptical+100 more in the evening

    got to do better.more exercise and more raw vegetables-cabbage,carrots,lettuce,apples.

  • thursday 8 november

    So-sunday,monday,tuesday and wednesday have been like this:eating-2000 cals-i know

    green food or red food every day

    8 glasses of water

    1 coffee every day

    500 cals burnt every day on exercise-elliptical,1000 abs,massage 30 mins

    but i walk every day about 2 hours

    today santa claus:

    breakfast:strawberry milkshake with honey,coffee,2 nuts an apple

    lunch:minestrone with half tablespoon of sour cream and tarragon and garlic

    snack at 15:lime water,an apricot

    dinner:the biggest green salad in the world

    so:red food and green food today+8 glasses of water+2 hours walking(looking for a job)+1000 abs done-its 7 in the morning+30 mins elliptical+massage 30 mins.

    so:garlic and tarragon are great fat burners,nuts are excellent for your brain and green salad you can eat as much as you want because the cals burnt are more than those of the salad-negative cals.

  • promising first day

    so im living with my bf.he talks talks talks.and because of him i eat.today not.

    plizzzz tell te some sites where i can look at the calorie.i dont know how many i eat per day.

    but it was a good day.and now im going to exercise some:cardio,massage and anti cellulite cream before bed for the skin to be toned.

  • ok.new start begins monday.im searching for a job,i begin to exercise every day and control my meals.so:i have a lot of dvd-s with exercises-they are all dusty,i have an elliptical-dusty,a vibromass thing that massages you very good-dusty.

         ATTACK PLAN

    1.EXERCISE EVERY DAY-30 minutes

    2.EAT 6 MEALS A DAY-non fat cooking

    3.MASSAGE EVERY DAY-im very stressed-1 hour

    4.NO JUICE-pepsi,coke,fanta.

    5.NO FRIESSSSSSSSS

    6.TWICE A DAY-i hope its right-enema-doctors orders-to clean my body

    7.FAST-1 day a week-with vitamins
